Wayne our sales consultant was fantastic .He was friendly, patient with myself and my husband .As we were undecided on which car to choose .He showed us different models and explained all the features on each car . Five out of five.
I part exchanged my old diesel VW, which I always had serviced at Sinclair Cardiff, for a new T-Cross. Customer service from Tristan was excellent, from my first visit to picking up the car. I was able to test drive the same model and engine and was kept well informed about progress with the building of the new car.
