Good rate and Great Service

My builder gave me the notice saying that if you dont close the home on the given day they will place my house which i waited for 16 months back on market as i was not going with there preferred lender which was giving higher interest rate. I bought it to the sister mortgage notice about the same and they made sure that the closing happens on the day with out any issues and i am very glad i preferred sister mortgage

This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with any so far in my life. There is ZERO accountability and there is NO communication between the teams. Bottomline, I feel they do not care much about customers.

They made me run behind them for 5+ months to close a refinance; Finally what they did is make me lose the best rate I had and made me go with higher rate. I would never even think of working with them, forget about referring them to anyone

Very prompt and responsive. Once all the documents needed are submitted the process was very smooth.

customer service is very bad. Almost delayed my new purchased property closing date. Quote is not clear and charge more at closing.

Proper loan estimate was not provided during locking my rate, at the end paid more closing cost than other company.

It was really worst customer service. We sent all the documents required at the beginning, but the loan processor repeatedly asked for them. She asked for the same document 3-4 times throughout the process, which was very frustrating. Communication was not clear as well. They did not send closing disclosure until we asked for it. It was a total mess working with them, and i would definitely not recommended it.

We have great experiences with this Morgage company , We feel like we selected right company with right time. We appreciate to all . Thanks.
