Sit 'n Sleep レビュー

The delivery crew was terrific today! The whole shopping experience and phone contact was superior. Very knowlegable and helpful staff. Thanks a million!

A very positive experience from sales to delivery very happy with the product and company representatives. I have a unique situation, due to physical limitations I require a mattress with certain features and was unable to get to a store for . I was able to find the mattress I needed with help from the sales person on the phone. The mattress was delivered on time and I am very pleased. Who ever heard of buying a mattress over the phone? The comfort return policy was also a factor

We were notified when the delivery was going to be a bit early and it was great that they let us know.

The delivery specialists were wonderful: professional yet friendly, solved a minor problem with a synch cable, helped us with the old mattresses. Completed delivery and set-up promptly, with expertise.

It couldn’t have been better and we couldn’t be happier.

I was very impressed with the punctuality and the tracking of when my mattresses would arrive. I was greeted by Carlos, a very friendly and professional associate. The whole process didn’t take more than 10 minutes! They were very careful about hanging pictures and ceiling fans. The cleanup was equally impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to my friends and family. Thanks again.

The whole process was a 10. Sales with Chris was complete and easy. Delivery staff was courteous and prompt. Very quick setup. I appreciate all the help in getting us our dream bed.

Great salesperson, Patricia, was so very understanding of my needs and works so hard for me!

Everything was great. They were careful, I made sure everything was perfectly set up. They were also on time, which was fantastic! They were very friendly!

Much a great experience. From the technology of the bed finder to the gentleman that helped us. We got to try all kinds of beds and the gentleman knew everything there was about the different types. We got the BESt bed ever and will definitely be back to get our next mattress from this amazing place.

Javier was so knowledgeable when it came to getting me the best bed for my needs. The whole experience was smooth and stress free.

I went to Sit ‘n Sleep looking for a king sized adjustable bed since the split king I bought from another company broke. I got excellent service from a man named Ken. He helped me figure out which type of mattress was best for me. I was pleasantly surprised to get all the features I was looking for within my price range. The bed was delivered two days later and the guys hauled my huge, old, broken bed away for me. They did a fantastic job setting up my new bed. I don’t remember all of their names but one was named Caesar. They were fantastic. I couldn’t be happier!

The delivery team was on time, exceptionally polite and respectful of my home.

You should strive to have Juan and his helper as an example for other delivery drivers.

Give them both a raise!

Buying a new mattress was easy with Sit 'n Sleep. Walter was very helpful showing me a variety of choices and developing options. The delivery team of Francisco and Juan, were great (even in the rain). I'm enjoying my bed and new platform very much.

The delivery workers were quick and friendly and arrived at the start of the delivery window as promised.

Karen was wonderful. She was patient and explained everything to me. She didn’t rush me and made sure I was happy.

Very happy we went to Sit ‘n Sleep. Great selection of various mattresses, bed frames, & adjustable bases.

The customer service was perfect. Sales staff had extensive product knowledge and wasn’t pushy; no high pressure to buy. He answered our questions and then walked away allowing us time to make a decision privately. He gave us honest information about products that met our needs.

The bed and accessory products were delivered the next day. Delivery team was professional and set up everything. Great experience in buying from this company. I highly recommend them.

Great service in store from Corey.

Delivery men came right on time! They brought just what I ordered, installed the mattress and took away the old one in less than 15 minutes. I use sit and sleep for all my mattresses.

From the beginning with Patricia, sales associate to the end of delivery Hector and his crew member was wonderful. I will definitely share my experience with others.

Knowledgeable salesperson, personal attention, and low pressure approach. Delivery was prompt and efficient
