Sit 'n Sleep レビュー

Finding the right setup can be a headache, but the team made it effortless. Incredible service, zero hassle, and top-tier customer care from showroom to setup. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great night's sleep.

The delivery team, Carlo and his assistant, were on time, did a quick and efficient set-up, and were polite and professional. The delivery was completed in about 20 minutes, start to finish. I was pleased with the process.

I was sold on Brooklyn Bedding. I got a great mattress for our guest bedroom. Brooks Bagby/Ontario was very helpful in the purchasing of my mattress/frame set, and the delivery was very quick and easy.

Thank You so much

The delivery guys were very kind and professional. Quick and organized. I am very happy with both their service. All business and all smiles. Thank you guys. Great job today.

I was an easy sell, because I had already done a lot of research and your bed match technology just confirmed what I already knew. They kept me very well informed by text, phone and email regarding my delivery schedule. They were in and out in fifteen minutes. I will definitely be going back to sit and sleep when I replace my guest bed.

From Bryan at the Chino store to customer service to Erik at the Chino store as well as the the Delivery guys , were amazing , respectful , fast , informative and fast they were awesome I’m really happy with Sit n sleep 👍

Everything was put together well. They set up the bed quickly. The bed looks great!

We had a great experience at the Sit 'n Sleep on Wilshire. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed—two Twin XL adjustable beds for my in-laws—and Johnny made the whole process easy. He answered our questions, explained the features without any sales pressure, and let us make our decision. I never felt like I was being "sold" anything, which I really appreciated.
Our delivery date had to change a couple of times, and they were easy to work. They just adjusted the schedule and kept things moving. The delivery team was professional and fast! When you're juggling a million things, having one part of the process be this easy is worth a lot

I bought a mattress online at a huge discount. The delivery came four days early and there was plenty of communication about the delivery too. The two men that brought in the new mattress were very conscientious, took off their shoes, etc.
Great shopping experience.

Everything was amazing ! Got the best high tech bed , the service was amazing from the start to delivery and installation. Thank you !

Delivery service guys were amazing

Fast professional delivery and great in store service. Floyd was incredibly knowledgeable and patient.

The delivery guys are awesome. Strong like an ox an pleased they handled the merchandise properly and they did not need more than two of them. Thank you for your service

I had a question online and the sales person helped me through every step of the purchase. It was very forthcoming and so helpful. The delivery was on time and excellent. Very happy I chose sit and sleep instead of going directly to the manufacturer.

This experience was amazing the staff was friendly, professional, and very clear with instructions that made the process so easy and the delivery service hands free and was really fast they need a raise ! HIGHLY recommend this company and service! Really good pricing !

Angie at the Whittier store wouldn’t do any price adjustments. She was very firm. Wasn’t a good salesperson. So I went online and bought through the chat. Pillar made some adjustments to get the mattress I wanted in my price range. My only issue is the mattress protector I had to buy theirs, even though I had one, so the warranty doesn’t void. That protector was very expensive even with a discount.

Dave spent quite a bit of time with us pointing out differences in mattresses, construction, etc. We made purchase but on several nights attempting to sleep, mattress was just too firm for my wife.
We returned to the store and was able to exchange for a softer version of same brand. Delivery was next day and on time! Delivery men were very friendly and mindful not to track in any dirt.

Great experience all around. it was our second purchase in 2 years and whole process was very easy

From the sales room to the delivery, this was a smooth and very comfortable experience. In the showroom, I was given enough attention to have all my questions answered and yet not so much that I felt rushed. We stayed completely within my budget, including tax, etc. The delivery team arrived right on time and was in and out in about ten minutes. All in all, a very satisfying experience.
