I got a dress in my order that is marked a large- it isn’t. The other 3 on my order are perfectly sized, and the one I liked best fits like it’s a small. Is there a process I can return this dress for another one correctly size a large? What is the procedure for returns?

Worse Company I have ever dealt with

Returned Nike Air trainers as they were faulty. only had them a few weeks. Bought them in their Size? store and they refused to refund as they could exchange them as they did not have another pair.

Been an absolute nightmare ever since. Sent over 12 emails complaining. top company bosses do not even acknowledge your complaint, your emails do not get read, they sent out an automated response telling me to take the foot wear back to the store when it was clear in my email i already had. Customer service then wanted me to package them up and go to a post office and pay for the postage and return them, then get my money back. I refused. then customer service manager rang me and promised this and that and then gave it to a customer advisor to sort out.
Been trying to resolve this for over a month now. Trainers returned now but i had to wait in for 6 hours for collection, promised a time for collection this never happened, show refund still not done, money is not in my account.

I have now have no trainers and no money.
J D Sport and Size? show no care for their customers and provide an absolute appalling customer service when you complain, so be ware. Really let down by J D Sport, its all about money to them.
Customers are what keeps them in business they should remember that, and without them there would be no Size? and J D Sport.

AVOID and be ware if your goods are faulty watch out. Sale of goods act, satisfactory quality and fit for purpose thats what the laws states.
