You placed your order at the beginning of the long Easter weekend here in the UK so our staff were on a well deserved break for a few days which meant your order was delayed in being shipped. The order was shipped on 7th April and has been travelling through DPD's network since then, with an estimated delivery date of today (16/4/26) As the parcel has travelled from Northern Ireland, it can take up to 10 working days for the delivery to take place, this is standard procedure.

Speedy delivery, great product

They were always happy to send their products as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The products themselves were excellent and I have used them now for over a year. However the freight charges were extremely high as I live on a small island and I have decided that I cannot keep paying these.

We're sorry to read the shipping costs are too high to continue with, we try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible and subsidize these by up to 40% to try and make the cost as low as possible but we do understand some remote regions do cost quite a lot to get the parcel to the recipient!

Swift customer service and great collagen product
Swift and reliable delivery of my two-months supply of collagen. It's early days but I am really enjoying these delicious collagen drinks. I can't wait to see longer-term results from taking this supplement daily; so important for post-menopausal women like me!

I initially purchased Skinade MD on recommendation from my Plastic Surgeon prior to an aesthetic procedure. I was a little sceptical but decided to follow his recommendations. I purchased additional ‘better skin from within’, and used this prior to commencing the MD pre/post care treatment. After around 5 weeks of taking the better skin from within drinks a friend I hadn’t seen in a while asked if I’d had fillers, which I hadn’t. And after my procedure 10 days ago I had minimal bruising, I usually bruise very easily. Only negative for me is the post care sachet have all solidified and I have a lump of product rather than powder. I will definitely continue to use this product but may need to take every other day due to the price.

Overall cost - is it due to excessive packaging
The bottles seem unrecyclable and fairly thick plastic, I wonder if this adds to the overall cost of the product and if price point could be reconsidered if packaging was different?

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Our bottles are fully recyclable, as indicated by the recycling triangle impressioned upon the base of every single bottle. All bottles are categorised under 1 PET which is the easiest plastic to recycle of any kind. It is the ideal material to use to manufacture our bottles as it carries a very low risk of leaching/interacting with our precisely formulated liquid, while also being durable and lightweight.
Having been manufacturing our product for over 13 years, we are well acquainted with the manufacturing materials landscape, and the drawbacks and advantages across the range of packaging materials, and there are several key points we must consider:
1. The bottle material must not interact with the contents or leach into the liquid and negatively impact the body.
2. The bottle must endure being shipped across the country and internationally. As you can imagine, a spillage of even a single bottle would be disastrous.
3. Again, given the quantity of bottles, the weight of the bottle container must be as low as possible to minimise shipping costs and carbon footprint.
Ultimately the Skinade bottle is a commitment to our principle of making the best possible formula, which requires an isotonically absorbed, fully in solution liquid. It is in large part down to this quality that we are able to achieve a 95% bioavailability.
For those who do not wish to purchase our bottles, there exists a travel sachet variety designed for optimal portability. This variety has the same price as our core bottle product, as it is the same product, with the same efficacy, only requiring first that more water is added.
Our pricing is based upon a principle of not cutting corners, choosing the very best ingredients money can buy, and manufacturing the product entirely in-house from our headquarters in London, something very few brands of this kind can claim - if any. As such our commitment to excellence is part of the legacy securing our position as the very best skincare drink in the world.

Edit; whilst I am happy that 4 months of a proper date was sent out I am unhappy with the reply below. I want to clarify to everyone that I purchased the order and I would have needed to start taking all tablets and drinks from the day of delivery to actually make the date of delivery expiry (December 2025)
‘Several months’ below is 2 months in reality.
Also a medical company should not be sending out products that need to be taken asap - they’re not short dated or short life products. My recent tablets that they sent had 5 months + until expiry. This is more in line with what I expect from the company having spent nearly £1000 to date with kinase

Great product
Skinade is the only collagen supplement that suits my stomach most of the others cause my stomach to be upset. I’ve seen a fast improvement in my skin as well. It includes other vitamins so no need for extra supplements. All in all a great product.
