I had a great experience at SkinHouse with Angelica. She was really friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I’m so happy with the results!

Paid in full for a Hydrafacial, but only completed a medical questionnaire on arrival and was then refused treatment due to antibiotics/recent surgery. This screening should have been done before taking payment. Although I was refunded, it resulted in a wasted trip—very frustrating.

The reception staff were also unprofessional and rude when I tried to give feedback, brushing me off and just repeating that I’d be refunded instead of addressing the issue. Very disappointing experience.

I had my full laser with Petra today. I can honestly say that she is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and checking that I was okay and if I needed to ask any questions. Amazing experience always at Skinhouse. Booked a certain treatment a while back and then chickened out after already paying for it. The staff then recommended other treatments that would also benefit my skin and set me at ease at every stage.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful and any treatment I have had so far has been painless as advised and I have been talked through each step! Amazing service ☺️

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COSMELAN PEEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO COME OUT WITH TWO DIFFERENT TONES ON YOUR FACE. COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS 2 WEEKS AFTER THE TREATMENT AND WAS TOLD ITS NORMAL. AFTER 10 MONTHS OF CHASING THEY ARE NOW SAYING THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. SPENT OVER £1K TO HAVE MY FACE LOOK WORSE THAN BEFORE…

After many years of struggling with thick, dark chin hairs & unsuccessful laser hair removal treatment at another salon a few years ago, I finally decided to book a series of laser hair removal treatments with Skin House. I wasn’t hopeful it would be effective, but the results after just one treatment were fantastic & I could tell would be totally life changing. No more hiding away & worrying about what people might think of my appearance. I’ve had two treatments so far, the salon staff are truly lovely & have always put me at ease. If you’re in any doubt about whether to give it a try, I’d definitely say go for it. I only wish I’d known about Skin House sooner!

If you want a trusted genuine service with amazing first class treatments this is the place to go , normally you would have to travel further afield but having it almost on your doorstep will become addictive 💜xxxx

Started my laser journey with skin house. First time doing laser as u can imagine I was very nervous. But the skin house girls made me feel very comfortable during sessions and also the hair reduction is amazing! Highly recommend

Visited today for my first of 9 laser sessions, as you can imagine I was extremely nervous of getting naked in front of a stranger but the ladies made me feel so welcome putting me at ease. The salon itself is welcoming and I was given all information I needed they didn’t even mind answering all my questions. I was talked through every stage of the treatment as we went, this again helped to put me at ease. I can not wait for my next visit. I’d recommend skin house to any of my friends or family. X

This was my very first visit st Skin House Aesthetics. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a smile by two lovely ladies at the till. One of them confirmed my appointment time and mentioned that the remainder of my treatment had been paid for as a birthday treat by my sister which was lovely. I was then taken into to my treatment room and the lady who did my hydrafacial talked me through each step. I left that place literally glowing. The following day my makeup applied like butter! My skin looked flawless and I received compliments weeks after my treatment on how good my skin looked. Thank you!

I have been attending Skin House for laser treatment and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff are friendly and professional, the clinic is clean and a lovely place to be in, and the treatments are fantastic. After only 4 treatments I barely have any hair growth and I still have 5 to go.
