Very disappointing experience with SkyRemit. I submitted all the required documents, including my Canadian passport, Chinese visa, and salary receipt with official company stamp, but the verification process is still taking an unreasonable amount of time.

The review should have been simple and fast, but instead there was poor communication and no clear explanation about the delay. Customer service was not helpful and kept making me wait without giving any proper update.

For a financial service handling people’s money, verification and support should be much more professional and efficient. I expected far better service than this.

This is very reliable and affordable service to send money back to India. I was astonished to see the instant bank transfer from RMB to INR. This is sometimes faster than RTGS. I fully support and give five star ratings to Sky Remit

I’ve had a great experience with SkyRemit. It’s a Chinese transfer platform designed for international users, allowing us to send our salaries back to our home country’s bank accounts. Opened an account and they gave me a WeChat account of one of their staff. After making a transfer it said completed but I hadn't received anything. I ask her about it. 2 hours and still no response. They have a customer service WeChat as well. Automated response saying their busy. An hour later and still no response. Very poor service and leaves me wondering where my money went.
