Ignored by support
I have multiple issues with the Skyzone Cobra X goggles: most importantly, the screen malfunctions, and one antenna connection is not working properly. Because the ticket system did not work, I emailed support and I asked ââŠIs this the place for support?â, they responded with âpls tell me the problemâŠâ and I replied with explaining the problems in detail. But after I described the problems, I did not receive any further response back. The email detailing the problems was sent 26 days ago and I have sent 3 reminder emails.
