We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Slimming World meals and that they did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience, as all feedback helps us understand how our products are being received.

As Iceland manufacture and retail our Slimming World food range, they are responsible for handling product feedback and investigations. They also offer a satisfaction promise, so if you are not completely satisfied with a product, they can discuss a replacement or refund for any meals you were unable to enjoy.

If you would like to contact Iceland directly, their Customer Care team can be reached on 0800 328 0800.

Comments such as yours are valuable and help inform ongoing product reviews and future development of the range.

You’re quite right, our app is designed to work best on a mobile device and although it can be used on an iPad, it’s often not the smoothest experience.

I’m so sorry to hear that it will be harder for you to use a mobile to use some of our digital tools. The decision to move our planner and food search to our app only, wasn’t one we took lightly and I promise you that the decision wasn’t intended to discriminate against any member – please know that would never be the case.

We have a number of accessibility tips and tricks and we’d be happy to talk you through these to see if any can help.

Thanks so much for leaving us your review.

We're sorry to learn that you've decided Slimming World was no longer right for you and that you've experienced difficulties trying to cancel your membership. Being directed back and forth between Apple and Slimming World isn’t what we’d want to happen to any member needing help.

From what you've told us, it sounds as though your membership was purchased through Apple as an in-app subscription. While your membership is with Slimming World, subscriptions purchased this way through Apple are managed directly by Apple, which means Slimming World is unable to cancel the subscription on your behalf or stop future payments.

You can cancel your subscription on an iPhone, by following these steps:
• Open the Settings app
• Tap your name at the top of the screen
• Select Subscriptions
• Choose Slimming World from the list
• Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down to see this option)

You've mentioned that you've already been in touch with our team here, while we're still unable to cancel an Apple-managed subscription for you, we'd be happy to help check your membership details and offer further guidance on the next steps. If you could reach out to us again, we'll take a look.
