Disgusting site. $5000 pending for over 10 days now. Just tried to withdraw another $5000 and suddenly my real balance went to zero. I had cancelled my two active bonuses just before so I could complete the withdraw. Though I wasn’t really sure what I was doing

Never, ever use this site. So disheartening to get a big win and then you can’t get your money and your balance magically goes from $5998 to $0.00.

Live chat is about that is useless and no live person to help. Email support doesn’t answer with anything helpful. This is a group based out of Malta.

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs worst casino ever. They have a live chat, which is just a bot that says they will get back to you in 6 hours, they never do. customer service non existent. try to withdraw but says needs documents, but doesn't tell you which documents. a scam that should be shut down. do not under any circumstances deposit on any of their sites, slotsmagic, genting, playmillions, do your research and avoid them all.

Canceled my winning for bonus rule violations. Won't explain why, Won't refund any money I had deposited. Email to support on website was invalid? Found correct email and they refuse to reply. Online supprt refuses to reply.

These people are criminals.

Horrible communication, contact email is wrong and bounces back. Live chat is a bot and no help. This is my review based on just trying to verify and deposit. If this is any reflection STAY AWAY.

Probably the worst site I have ever come across and the worst customer service I have encountered. They are refusing to let me withdraw my winnings because of some bonus I didn’t even opt in for. To make matters worse the site clearly says the bonus is still in tact and that my real balance is £461. Furthermore, the wagering amount is criminal so it’s really a lose lose situation. A dreadful scamming site and I’ve reported them to resolver. Everyone should spread the word about this awful site and all its partners.

Absolutely disgusting.. offers a welcome bonus but no code to use, deposited and no bonus credited.. Also, Let’s you deposit £15, but you can’t withdraw less than £20! And no response on chat! AVOID! I’ve probably just lost £15!

Why is no one responding to my request to cancel an active bonus that I don’t want/have not used?
I cannot withdraw as keep getting an error message. Every time I spend the money won goes into the bonus funds. I just want out and to walk away with my cash deposit.
I am fully verified and just want to withdraw my cash balance. I don’t want the welcome bonus but it didn’t give me the opportunity to say no.

Withdrawals take far to long. I am on day 5 now, waiting for a small payment of £150. They have lied to me, saying the funds were transferred and the problem must be with my bank. I phoned my bank and nothing has been sent. The customer service is terrible. Live chat do not respond until the next day and you then get a standard robotic reply saying you have to wait 7 full working days before they will investigate further. So that means I now have to wait over 2 weeks before they will even look into the matter. There terms and conditions state winnings will be back into my bank within 11 hours!
I feel very angry.

My real cash balance suddenly dropped from £1220.00 to £600.00 due to the game “Cash Volt” crashing. I have been waiting for them to investigate since 22 October 2021. I remarkably happened to have a screenshot showing the balance just before it got up to £1220.00 which I took to show my brother because he always was saying nobody ever wins on online slots! I asked for the game history but strangely enough there was a gap in the transactions around the time it happened. Although, the time shown on my screenshot proves that I was playing during this missing time period. They have just ignored my messages now for over a month! Mostly a fair casino, i think the winning are as usual. Only what i really want to say is that they have a very bad support since a while. Its nearly impossible to contact them, like u need to wait for a long long time.
