The experience was marked by the wide range of available products followed by what I needed specifically. The prices are more competitive than the physical retail market. The only downside is delivery time. It took almost 10-days for the order to ship followed by another waiting period for delivery

I bought Boss frames, great quality and apt prices. The delivery was also prompt on time.

Great glasses at 1/3 the cost of going to a local optician. Shipped quickly and they were exactly as advertised.

The return and exchange process was not handled transparently. Requirements were introduced only after the issue arose, despite not being clearly stated at the time of purchase. I was encouraged to reorder and return items without assurance that a refund would be processed. This experience resulted in a complete loss of trust, and I will not buy from this company again.

I had been very happy with several purchases from Smartbuyglasses until recently. I bought a pair of prescription glasses, when they arrived, it was obvious immediately that they were faulty. They are twisted and misshapen, they do not fit and are completely unusable. I sent several messages, emails and tried to commence a return, only to find that I would need to post them to Hong Kong. I am in Dubai and the postal service is not straightforward or cheap. I finally had communication with several different people and then, without any explanation, a partial refund went into my account. I have some of my money back, but a pair of useless glasses and no explanation whatsoever. I'd warn against buying the own brand items, they are clearly poor quality and returns/refunds are a non starter.

Excellent product

Received my glasses from SmartBuy and everything was in order. I’m getting used to them with time. The only thing is the frame is a bit bigger than expected but everything else is good. Overall a smooth experience!

Great quality. Great price

Communication is good. But I ordered frames with free lenses on special deal. I sent them the prescription for my current glasses which is perfect. They emailed back saying the prescription is too old. I replied and said im wearing glasses now with the same prescription and its perfect im happy to keep the same prescription just need a spare set for the car. They came back with a bad answer saying unfortunately the eye association cant issue glasses with a old prescription. Even though on the site it has the option of uploading a prescription or manually uploading what you want. Which to me means they are making excuses to not give a free lense as per their special on website which is buy frames and get free lenses. They gave gave a option of getting a new evaluation done which will cost more money which defies the purpose of goin to them for the price. Also my last glasses were done last year with the same prescription for 10 years ago with no issues. So the excuse of the world eye association excuse is invalid. So if they have sales saying free lenses do not trust it
