Alles perfect, buiten de levering: DPD steekt alle leveringen in de streek gewoon in een afhaalplaats binnen, zodat je er zelf nog om moet gaan. Dit is enige minpunt, maar wel ergerlijk!

Don’t choose free lenses!

I love the variety of their frames and I love the frames I bought, but I chose the cheapest lenses, which didn't affect my ability to see, but I could see in the mirror that the reflection on the lenses was terrible!!!! The customer service staff was friendly, but after some struggle, I decided not to return the product. (I want to wait until I travel to Hong Kong next month to replace my lenses there.)
I gave one less star because I wish returns and exchanges would be easier. I also hope you will provide photos of how different lenses look like😂

Fantasticb

Everything was strait forward and easy. After purchase I had someone contact me to make shore everything was correct with the prescription. Glasses came and they are perfect and I'm really happy with them

5-star experience

The website is very easy to navigate, the variety to choose from is so big and the functionality to virtually try on glasses is very easy and very well done. Prices are compatible and the customer care is excellent - they don't leave anything to chance and make sure that customer has entered all correct measurements - they follow up to confirm.
