Arrived in good condition and on time .excellent price too

Ordered LED lights, didn't get LED. Was offered a discount to keep the wrong ones supplied. Declined as I wanted LED.
Ask to return for a full refund including the postage charge I paid as this was wrong item supplied.
They only refunded for the lights.
Supplier has now posted a reply to this review - hence this edit. They state they delivered 'ordered' item - this was untrue - they did not. They have now paid my postage (after many emails) and only after I said I would report them. Dishonest company.

Avoid at all cost! Bought outdoor lights that shouldnt go outside due to its IP rating, also fitted with 13 amp plug that is to small and breaks UK laws!! Wont respond to emails and ignores phone calls and messages scam artist!!!!!

Bought a hive dashcam from here. Kept me well informed on product updates and delivery brilliantly. Great shop would not hesitate to use again. A big 5 ⭐️ and thumbs up.

Be wary when ordering.
I placed an order yesterday for outdoor lights. The payment didn't go thru as normal, so I was suspicious immediately.

I received a call from Alpha Smartphones on a London number this morning, a different number to that on the SmartGadgets4U website, and not the Birmingham address they give there either.

They referred to the order I had tried to place, saying it was still pending. I told them that the payment had failed. They initially suggested that I change my browser and try again.
Why would that be I wonder?

Then they said that they could send me a link to make my payment. Oh yes, I'm definitely going to click on a link to a payment system to pay money to a company I had never heard of until yesterday.

So do they think I've just come up the Clyde on a bike??

So if you have no connection with Alphasmartphones why did my phone come up with that name when you called me regarding the pending order?

Whoever was calling knew my name, number, and order info. So, they're either psychic, or it was you calling to offer the alternative payment options detailed in your reply.

Either way, I was not comfortable with the security levels offered, whether it was a comms issue with my bank that declined the transaction or not. Hence my refusal to deal with you.

Matter now closed.

Haven't received my item. The shop says it has probably been lost by Royal Mail and promised to sort it out. Let's see how they are going to solve it. Never had issues with Royal Mail before. The shop even didn't send an initial e-mail with order conformation and track number as all the shops do. Very disappointed

Reordered more as so pleased first time.

Disappointed with Light, photographs on website make item look larger, also not very bright, so not as described also very flimsy and was not worth the cost. Also delivery was slow, won't buy from here again.

Payment and delivery was straightforward and came early. Product was better then I thought it would be

Was looking for new kitchen lights to replace very old spots. Was worried the led lights I chose would not be bright enough but they certainly are! Very fast delivery. Will be certain to order my outside lights from the site.

I ordered the solar wall lamp and I'm amazed at how quick my purchase was dispatched and arrived on time it was easy to order. This wall lamp looks really bright.

From when browsing the website to end delivery was so good. The quality of the lights were better than I expected. The price was even better than other sites. Quick service. I also work in retail so overall hard to please but 100% would use this site again

I was exploring LED replacement lights. Good easy to use site with clear explanations and descriptions of products all at really good competitive pricing.
Ordered my choices and promptly delivered by Royal Mail.
6 fittings were installed without problems within 2 hours

Will certainly return when next I need replacement or new LED lighting
