Honest hard working people. Easy process, and now have a fully insulated roof!

The fitters were on time, efficient and the loft was insulated in about an hour and a half. They asked me if I wanted to look before they left and I was 100% satisfied with their work.

I sent an email about my poor loft insulation to Smart Energy and promptly received a call. Within 2 weeks someone had checked the loft and fitted lovely thick insulation. All this was free. I am very impressed.

Excellent service. From the office staff to the surveyor. The two operators were very polite and professional. They took time to explain what they were doing and cleaned everything up when they had finished. I can thoroughly recommend everyone concerned. Well done!.

With Smart Energy I made a smart choice.
I was in a stress, I needed to improve my energy efficiency rating quickly. Smart Energy were on the case straight away with a quote and advice about a bigger loft hatch. Then once that was done they quickly came to do the job.I had total confidence in every member of the team and the telephone help team were good humoured and supportive. I then asked if this company could carry out the efficiency survey in a hurry as was up against a deadline. Again the Smart Energy team came to the rescue and did the work at short notice. Relief! I would absolutely turn to Smart Energy again.
