Excellent service. I sent my Apple Watch off for repair after it took a serious impact and had it back just a few days later operating as good as new.
The team provided updates (with photos) every step of the way, delivered on what was promised and there was no price creep from what they originally quoted.

My Apple Watch Series had just stopped working with a blank screen for no apparent reason? So i decided it was worth repairing.
Everything was simple, with great communication throughout the Process. starting from the Initial discussion to the return of the repaired apple Watch Series 6.
Pictures were provided through out the diagnosis go the fault and the repair. I am very happy with the finished result

Smashed the glass of my series 4 Apple Watch on a stone floor. Found Smart Repairs UK online but was dubious about sending the watch away at first. After speaking to Josh I sent it special delivery. He let me know when it arrived, when he started fixing it, when he had finished with photographs and when he was sending it back. All within a week. He even advised me to have a screen protector which I’m very happy with. Best service ever. I highly recommend this company.
