Such lovely items at brilliant prices. I was really impressed with the super quick delivery, despite the black friday rush!
Super stocking fillers, my children will be so excited.

Don't bother with these rude, child like pip squeeks. Couldn't organise a lay in a brothel. I never received any items and I was told it was my fault due to my address being wrong. No it wasn't,evri didn't even attempt to deliver it. There merchandise looks good but there service is woeful. They all sound like kids with chips on there shoulder passing the blame about instead of listening to what is going on. I will never use this company again and I do not believe it will trade much longer.

I can’t believe how good the quality of the products are and i paid half price for most of them. Everything came well packaged and within 3 days of ordering.
I am very impressed with the products.

If I could put a minus I would . Parcel delivered not once but twice.
I’ve tried to contact more times than 20 times they could not care less. Keep telling the form promising I’ve not received it.
And I can’t believe they’re so bad. If it wasn’t for the fact for someone I love wants these products I would cancel the order, I’ve asked they pass it on to a manager but I’ve asked before no luck

Worst school bag ever I bought .. was so expensive. My daughter was in kindergarten and used it for two months only. I bought it from the Emirates from Borders bookstore. So it is original .

Absolutely awful experience.
I recived my order with half the items missing, had to email and await replacement items to be sent out only for it to be missing an item again.
This is absolutely ridiculous and I'll never buy anything from Smiggle again.

Worst bottles ever! Don’t waste your money! I bought a panda purple one with the spray and it broke in a day of my young daughter having it! I contacted customer service and got told they drop test all the bottles. I sent an email with pictures and they said they are not going to replace it! The Bottle dropped on carpet! Left tiny sharp bits of plastic around the place… The lady then lied saying there is no negative feedback on these bottles. So I searched Trustpilot while on the phone!!!
She said I read those but I don’t trust the reviews on there or on the internet!! Oh ok!!

I then received an awful email stating they would not be replacing it again! As with certain fluids in it they can break when dropped!!! It’s a children’s bottle with noooo durability….. Awaiting a call from a manager!! Please don’t spend your well earned hard money on Smiggle!!!!! Not worth it at all!! Awful customer services

This is the second time I have purchased from Smiggle. I wish I would have checked the reviews first.
The first order came in a badly damaged box, however the items were not damaged inside and I put this down to a one off.
The next order I placed was for some Christmas presents. Again the box came damaged and very flimsy. There was also 2 items missing from the delivery, due to the state the box was in, this could have been due to them not being placed there in the first place or being removed / fallen out. I thought this would have been easily rectified by Smiggle, boy was I wrong. Nearly 3 weeks later and the issue still not resolved. I purchased the items on PayPal pay in 3, so I have made a complaint to PayPal to withhold the remainder of the payment. Initially I received communication asking for photo’s of the tracking details, box etc which I had. Since sending this information at the end of October it has been total radio silence from them.

Bought bottle from store. Broke within the week. Took time out to go back to the store - would have liked a refund but no proof of purchase so we got a replacement, somewhat sturdier bottle. Broke within the week. We're now taking this as a £25 lesson in never getting smiggle stuff again.

Cheaply made products, backpack zip broke on day 4 of use, backpack is now unable to be used after only 6 weeks of use! AVOID BRAND AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased my order online via PayPal and spent almost £200. I had a couple of things that I wanted to return and as they were quite bulky items I thought it might be easier to return them to the store (Norwich 18/10/24 at 10.15am). How wrong was I?! The shop doesn’t offer refunds if you purchase via PayPal. They are happy to receive transactions via PayPal but cannot offer refunds via PayPal - how unethical is that?! I wasn’t aware of this policy at the time of making my online purchase and I certainly didn’t see anything warning me about it when I processed payment.
Now, I consider myself a patient and friendly person but the lady behind the counter was so obstinate, unapologetic and with zero customer service skills that she was, quite frankly, getting on my nerves. I did well to remain civil with her. I said I would happily accept a gift card instead of a refund but she immediately said I couldn’t have that either as it was against company policy!!! At this point I asked to speak to the manager as I knew what she was telling me wasn’t right, but she said she was the manager! Having worked within Consumer Direct, I have knowledge of what my consumer rights are and I told her that she couldn’t refuse me a gift card. If she was the manager then surely she should know this, right? (I was too polite to point this out to her). She then started reading through Smiggles’ policy booklet at the side of the till which was taking absolutely ages. Feeling totally flabbergasted, I took my phone out of my pocket and decided to look the information up myself on Smiggles website to prove to her that I was in fact entitled to a gift card. I showed her my phone and she then issued me a gift voucher, all while remaining as obstinate as she could (obviously trying to save face). I do not appreciate this treatment when simply returning a couple of items from my order, something that is so quick and easy to do in other shops. I envisage this company will go out of business soon, especially if it continues to employ useless “managers” that have such little knowledge of customer service, the companies own policies or even basic statutory rights.

Bought a few things for my daughter and when they arrived the case was broken. I emailed customer service and 3-4 weeks later still no reply but I receive constant spam emails from them. I will never ever buy this rubbish brand again.

Smiggle products expensive but cheaply made. Bag purchased less than 6 weeks ago and the arm strap ripped this morning. This is the second time we've had an issue with Smiggle and their products breaking after a couple of months use. What's worse than the cheap products they make is the absolutely abysmal customer service - they clearly don't care and just trot out a 'send it back yourself'. They act as if they're doing you a favour letting you take your own time to organise a return and offer nothing to compensate the time and effort being taken because their product broke. Smiggle products are rubbish, the company don't care about their customers, and don't waste your money on these.

Awful company. Two years in a row we’ve had broken items after just a few weeks. I should have learned my lesson the first time. When an item is clearly broken in photos, the line trotted out is still that you, the customer, must go out of your way to return to store to ‘prove’ yourself or faff around wrapping and returning. Then, if you are oh so lucky, you might get a replacement for the item you paid for weeks later. No ‘sorry about that, here’s a partial refund’ or even a discount code. Nothing. Nasty company who clearly don’t care they are awful. Try to talk your kids into another brand, in this case big price tag does not equal quality. Avoid.

Absolute joke of a company, misleading and customer service is ridiculous.

I ordered sale items via the website, no codes or anything applied only the pricing they have advertised. Checked out and got charged full price for an item, I’m told I can’t stack discounts and this item is full price because of this. All item pricing should be clear, why can’t I have different SALE ITEMS?!

Asked to cancel the order, apparently done. I asked if I’d get an email to be told no, they could send one but it will only say what’s in the chat. So they’ve cancelled my order but no automatic email can be sent to confirm this? A shoddy service from a large company.

Misleading customers into spending more, all your prices should be clear. This was my first order and has certainly put me off!

The online chat has typos and it sounds like you are taking to a child.

Expensive poor quality products. Hardly any stores about and don’t allow postal returns. So to return it’s a mission and costs. There is a loop hole is you buy online. Defo safer then you can return the rubbish by post. Great advertising makes children obsessed till they try then disappointed! The wireless ear buds disconnect and poor quality and so is the smart watch, also that is hard to work and frustrating have to start again if click too many times. Not easily used by 10 year olds perhaps teens but still not worth it. The return policy is a con.

I wouldn’t give any stars if I had the choice. Their products are over priced and don’t last. I tried to return a backpack to the Redditch store, asked for a refund but was refused, they replaced the bag which lasted about a month, the staff need people skills training. So rude. We’ve spent a fortune over the last 2 years, nothing lasts. I will be giving this store a wide berth from now on

I cannot fault this company! From the store assistant in the Livingston branch who went out of her way to source an item for me which I ended up ordering online and it arriving the very next day to being kept informed of the dispatch
I was delighted! I have bought many items from Smiggle and yes they are that wee bit more expensive but also are bargains when they have their sale on. Store Assistant is always friendly and helpful.

I ordered products from the Smiggle UK website 6 months ago, but since they were held at German customs and a very high customs fee was charged, I requested that they be returned. However, due to an issue, the package was delivered to the UPS lost property office. Smiggle has not been helpful at all and cannot provide any information about where the package is or to whom it was delivered.
