Smileworks Liverpool レビュー

Highly recommend Smileworks.
I have been coming to Smileworks for a number of years now and have had various treatments here including:
Tear trough & cheek filler
Jaw & chin filler
Regular Botox appointments
Regular Chemical peel appointments.

Beautiful clinic, with lovely staff.
Nothing is too much trouble.
From the minute you book an appointment, the lovely Marnie (Treatment Coordinator) is on hand to explain everything, look at finance options if you wish and is only ever a phone call away if you have a query….. Every clinic should have a Marnie!

I’ve had aesthetic treatments from most, if not all of the practitioners in Smileworks and they are all fabulous.
They are all meticulous in their work.
If they don’t believe that a treatment is right for you they will tell you …. Not just take your money like other places!

I am so happy for my teeth,I can recommend Eduardo,Andreea and Helen.Thank you

I’ve been seeing Becca for monthly chemical peels and some laser sessions after a two year break from having a baby and breastfeeding, and I am so happy with the results!! From my first appointment with her, she took the time to assess my skin properly, explain the process clearly and tailors each treatment to what my skin actually needs at that time - stronger or less potent.
My skin has become noticeably smoother, brighter and more even, and I’ve had so many compliments on the glow. I am 38 and my skin has NEVER looked better.
I always feel completely comfortable with her and confident that she uses the right products and techniques for me at that moment in time.
Becca is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in seeing results for me (and her other clients) and I cant wait for my platinum facial next week!

Becca has been doing my facials for over a year now and always looks after my skin. Her facials are amazing, I get dermaplane and a chemical peel every 4 weeks, which leaves my skin looking amazing. Becca is really professional and I highly recommend Becca for any face/ skin care treatments at smileworks.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Smilework due to unclear and inconsistent pricing.
Before my treatment, the dentist explained one price to me. However, when I went to reception to pay, I was charged a different and higher amount, including charges for two treatments, which were not clearly explained or agreed beforehand.
I was also charged £180 for a “scan”. To my understanding, no scan was carried out. The dentist only took a few photographs, which appeared to be for internal records and were not explained as a separate, chargeable procedure before treatment.
None of these additional costs were made clear in advance, and I only became aware of them at the point of payment. I believe patients should be given transparent, consistent pricing before any treatment is carried out.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning and would strongly advise others to ask for a written breakdown of all costs before proceeding.

Eduardo is extremely professional and kind, explained the process to me during each visit and done a brilliant job with my teeth. Thanks Eduardo

Staff made me feel at ease, pain free treatment when I got my clean, Emma and Steph were great.

Since i step foot Eduardo made a comforting and considerate experience for me here at Smileworks. Every time i was always excited to see progress made and will forever thank him!!

Thanks Eduardo!!

on 4th dec went to smileworks for micro needling and some work on my retainers. Leah was AMAZING - took so much time to answer all my concerns and did an amazing pain free job. Kayleigh was next - again just wonderful and gave my wonderful
new smile a freshen up. THEN there’s Marnie Rache and Jay who are just the best - ALWAYS - the minute you walk in you feel
at home with their warm friendly welcome. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Dr MJ and her team are outstanding ❤️❤️❤️

A big thank-you to the lovely Marnie who books all my model slots. Always makes me feel so special and nothing is to much. Modelling for Dr. MJ's courses is such a privilege. I always leave with a beaming smile and feeling super happy. Thank-you to you all 💙❤️

Finished my braces journey with Dr Eduardo and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend. The whole experience has been positive and truly life changing. He has listened to my concerns, reassured me where needed and took the time to explain the process throughout. Focusing on functionality aswell as appearance I’m so happy with the result and how I can eat and speak better while my teeth look straight and inline.
Big thankyou to all the staff who are lovely and so helpful, especially Kayleigh and Becca who removed the braces and were friendly and gentle.

Went for 2 fillings and a clean, staff were very calming, friendly and helpful, I'm a nervous patient but they put me at ease straight away. Thank you to Khalid and Steph

Have been here a few times and every time the staff are amazing, warm and welcoming. I often see Emma for general check up and hygienist appointments and she makes sure I feel comfortable. I recently had a few appointments with Eduardo who always welcomes me with a smile and is great to chat to. He has done great with organising my aligners and future appointments. Thank you Emma, Eduardo and Andreea during today’s appointment 💪

Eduardo is fantastic - always so welcoming and friendly. Definitely an easy experience for anyone with anxiety about going to the dentist :)

I had braces with Eduardo a few years ago and they haven’t moved and still look amazing. Worth every penny. Always very thorough and professional

Just finished my dental treatment with Dr Samee and so happy with the results. My smile is back. All of the staff are so nice and friendly would definitely recommend.

Marnie is fantastic always smiling and happy to help with any appointments, nothing is ever too much trouble
Top class Service 🥰

A fabulous place with fabulous people ! Recently had some tear trough and cheek filler as a model for Dr Mj who was teaching a lovely American doctor. The whole experience was amazing and the treatments look fabulous. Can’t wait to be a model again for Dr Mj !

Eduardo & Andreea have been excellent with my treatment. Thank you.

Had amazing work completed by Eduardo over the last two years in relation to Invisalign. He’s supported me through getting my teeth aligned and couldn’t recommend any better service. I’m now a lot more prouder of my smile. Thank you to Steph today as well. I would thoroughly recommend Smile Works Liverpool.
