The Professional Snagging Company レビュー

I would recommend for anyone buying a new build property to have it snagged. Especially as first time buyers. We had Shannon do ours and he was so detailed and pointed out so many things to do with the condition of the property we otherwise wouldn’t have noticed until months later. It means we can flag it to the HA asap. A few hundred pounds saving you thousands in the future. PSC was quick and easy to book and took away so much stress around moving. We didn’t have time to think about inspections ourself and they delivered an amazing service that saved us so much time and stress. 100% recommend and they are always quick with responding.

Thorough and efficient survey. The swagger was professional and pleasant, taking the time to explain some of the issues.
The report was received the next morning so I was able to send it straight on to the developers.
I would definitely recommend this service. It also gives peace of mind.

Cause of system error, they special arranged to come to my house at the evening. And their report is detailed and deliver on time

Excellent survey and first class speedy service

I had a very good experience. The surveyor was experienced and provided helpful advice and comment. The report was well structured and easy to digest. It was worth the fee for this service. I recommend to everyone who is looking to buy a property.

Tony completed a very thorough snag report on my new house, which has been so useful in sorting issues. It was completed very quickly within the actual date he visited. Thank you!

Great company! Was recommended and did not disappoint. Would use again if buying again.

First class service from The Professional Snagging Company from first conversation to final report. Would definitely use the Company again and would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with the Professional Snagging Company. The whole process was very efficient from start to finish. Nabeel, our inspector, was extremely thorough, identified things we didn’t even know were an issue, and was open to add our own findings to the snagging list. Would highly recommend any new home owner to use this service for peace of mind.

We moved to a new build and decided to have a snagging survey to be completed. Rory contacted us the day before the appointment to confirm all the details. He arrived on time and verbally told us his process. Very polite and respectful. He then went about his business in a professional manner and was explaining any issues along the way! We are extremely grateful for the report that arrived 24 hours later with pictures and details of the snags - this will the be given to the builders to rectify.

Very professional service and reasonable for the cost. The surveyor was on site for four hours and the extremely detailed snagging report was provided within 48 hours, which will be be very helpful when we try to get our issues addressed by the developer. Would definitely recommend to any new-build home owners who are looking for support with their issues or who just want piece of mind.

Stuart Lee came to the property and was very thorough in his inspection. As and when he found any major faults he explained everything to me. So glad I got the snagging done, definitely worth the money.

A really 1st Class service from start to finish. Without a doubt we would never have found the snags that Stuart found. He has had years of experience and it showed, when he explained the unfinished items in our new house. All the snags he found were genuine and could have easily been missed by the builders. Well worth the money and it will pay itself back tenfold in reduced heating bills alone.

Tony was excellent, he took his time and explained issues that arose. The report was well presented and arrived quick. Just hope my builder is as professional at getting the snags repaired.

Great experience, excellent eye for detail, produced comprehensive report of snags that will help make our house better. Thanks to Tony for giving our new house a thorough check!

The report was detailed and arrived quickly. Easy to book and a helpful office team when my inspection moved. My Inspector Tony was knowledgable and helpful.

It can be quite difficult to find a reliable service that offers efficient time booking, reasonable prices, high quality, and accountability. Moving into a new build can be stressful, and the last thing you want to worry about is such matters. However, PSC proved to be professional from the beginning to the end, and we had no issues at all. We received our report in just 48 hours, and we are super happy with their service.

To start with, the booking through their website is easy and I got a confirmed date straightaway. This is important to me as I made the booking rather close to my house completion date, and need certainty that the snagging inspection could be conducted shortly after.

My inspector was Mr Shannon Hughes. We are very impressed by his professional inspection, which is very complete, meticulous, and with attention to fine details. Mr Hughes is sincere, and explained to us what are the more important items that must be taken care of. We got the snagging report (with some 40 pages) the next day with clear description of items identified, each illustrated by a photo. Overall we are very satisfied with this experience and will use the service of this company again should we have future needs.

Couldn’t be more pleased about booking with this company. Sarah in the office is really lovely and helpful. I had to rearrange the date and it was no bother. My inspector Rory was also very knowledgeable and the report he produced was detailed. The builders are already sorting stuff out.
