Bit of a let down
Users of Starling Bank need not applyâŠ
Really disappointing experience in that I was approved and accepted the loan offer, but when it came time to enter my BACS details apparently these cannot be verified (despite the automatic validation thingy confirming it was a real bank account and despite my having checked the details a million times.
Customer service was okay but werenât able to offer any resolution sadly.
