Brilliant from start to finish. Easy to contact and resolve issues when I had finance with them.

Avoid this company pray on people with bad credit and disability use fake description for products then charge 3 times what there worth

The company is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They are helpful, professional, care about their customers and will always be a helpful as possible. Their staff are friendly, understanding and I've never had a bad experience dealing with them.

They’re trying anything to put me into arrears.
My card expired July 2025 and wasn’t updated with them, I had been paying through a payment link they sent me and in October I got a message from a debt collection company under them saying they’re putting me in arrears, I then phoned up 3 times and each time I was told it was a unallocated payment, it’s been sorted and they set up a new direct debit. The last person I spoke to allocated the payment but that’s all. I had to write a formal complaint for them to take the arrears off my credit file and re activate my direct debit.
I got a message as of yesterday telling me I was in arrears, yet again.
The direct debit payment wasn’t taken, this time no payment link, no heads up, nothing.
I phoned them today asking about it and they’ve said they can’t tell me that it won’t appear on my credit file. I have the money, they just didn’t take it and didn’t bother to tell me.
Before this I had no issues… I won’t use again and will be writing yet another formal complaint

I have been reassured that it won’t affect my file, but after everything I’ve been through I don’t trust them until I’ve seen it. 2 stars for the fact their complaint department are decent

This company is hopeless they stopped taking my payments I was fed up getting in touch was having no replies to my emails to sort it out in the meantime my account was going in arrears I raised a complaint in the end but even that was hopeless it was a load of lies in the report so I’m now taking them to the ombudsman their staff are hopeless no one knows their job

Awful experience. Customer service is terrible, they dont get back to you. Can't get through on calls and the text message service is ignored. Snap blame Learndirect and Learndirect blame Snap. Either way im in limbo and repeating myself daily, exhausting options and various other means of contact and escalation.
I am awaiting a refund and have been since the 10th January but they will no doubt take another payment. I was inside the cancellation window of 14 days and thats been acknowledged but still not refund.
Advisors say they will chase it up and get back to me and they don't get back to me. I will be escalating this and I suggest others do the same.
Ive since spoken with yet another advisor and if nothing has resolved by the 20th February (nearing my next payment date) I will have no choice but to take legal action. That's my only next step.

I would give them 6 star rating as they let u now when they take youre payment and let u now what is left to pay on youre account

I have dealt with Snap Finance for years . They are a excellent service and their customer service is absolutely 💯 %. The company go above and beyond to assist you from start to finnish and I would highly recommend their service and I myself look forward to continue to use them and in the future .

Exelent service from begging to delivery it was delivered in 2 weeks from order assembled on arrival and two great delivery boys am so happy with it I'd recommend to anyone
