I tried the mat that went under my legs n the hand held massager which was great. I was in pain before n after felt no pain whatsoever. It's amazing n next day still feeling the benefits of them. I walked up n down the stairs n no pain still. For me being in server pain every day all day it's fantastic. So gonna buy both n pay installments. Very pleased with it. As use creams n gels on my knees n back but after a while pain comes back n have to reapply it. It's expensive but worth better quality of life. I was in tears with the constant pain before, not now. ðð

Missed some payments sure to seriouslyâŠ
Missed some payments sure to seriously injure that need ops to sort out spoke to them about payment plan even adding a few extra months to sort out debt with them but they canât even do that there willing to set payments back up but email stats if arrears donât get cleared it will default anyway useless company for help

Trying to log on is infuriating
So, I've been a customer since Christmas 2024, in all this time the app and website wont log me on, at all... I have run the account perfectly fine, comes out every month the day after my payday. Get an email and text before my DD comes out but the app and website are grim. It wont log me on at all. Saying that my email and mobile aren't recognised. Yet... they text and email me each month perfectly fine on them. Come to the point now im just going to pay off the outstanding balance and move on. For me, I'll be glad to see the back of this agreement.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Snap Finance.
I contacted them to arrange a payment date change, and I was specifically told in writing that my Direct Debit date had been updated to the 28th of the month. I also received written confirmation of my next payment dates.
Despite this, I then started receiving arrears messages saying my payment was overdue and that my credit file could be affected. When I contacted them, I was told this was an âautomatically generatedâ notification and that it could be ignored.
Now, despite being told the payment date had been changed and that the previous notification could be ignored, Snap has still attempted to take £100.07 from my card early, causing further stress and confusion.
Being told one thing in writing, then receiving arrears warnings, texts threatening another payment attempt, and an actual debit attempt anyway is unacceptable. It creates unnecessary worry and makes it very hard to trust what you are being told.
Customers should not have to deal with conflicting information, failed debit attempts, and repeated stress after agreeing a payment arrangement in writing.
