We strive to have consistent processes and communication in place for our customers. Although we do not currently have an online area where you can digitally manage your account, this is something we are looking to review and improve in the future.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended, finance was very easy to apply for, very fast response within minutes, we are now highly satisfied with our furniture and the competitive finance rate given by snap finance.

Second time I’ve used them
Second time I’ve used them. I found them really helpful and easy to use. You can set your own timeline and payments. What I found really useful was that no one pressured you to spend or use more than you wanted too. I was given choices on how much I wanted to borrow and time scale to pay back. I chose not to use all that I could off and was not once encouraged to use more. Fantastic service. Also send emails to tell me when the payments are coming out every month.

Good until the end
Was all good until final payment was due .... payment made and then they registered a late payment on my credit file !!

SNAP is a great help
Have been with SNAP for a few years and they are really good they go out of their way to make sure everything works for you. The are amazing and keep adding new shops that you can use. They give you limited and you don’t even have to spend it all. Which is a huge benefit. Their interest rates are great and so is repayment plans which they have several. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED 👍

Well... Their system is ODD!
Well, I would have reviewed well, but, having paid my account up in Jan/Feb, and they confirmed it as closed, today I receive THIS laughable response! Wow! Potentially damaging this
Your loan, reference ********* with Snap Finance is currently £0 in arrears and is 0 days past due.
Under the Consumer Credit Act, we are required to send you a Default Notice
