Returns system is so dated as opposed to most companies whereby you get a QR code and can just scan and drop at inpost locker or equivalent. Would avoid buying here again on that basis. Delivery and products all good.

Excellent fast and efficient service, 48hrs from ordering to being delivered, highly recommend.

Used this company for years but feel let down this time. Bought Snickers hoodies (same size as before and same number 2800) but they were massive on me, old ones fit perfectly. Sizes must have changed over the years (as well as the price nearly doubling)

Brilliant product…rubbish courier (yodel/inpost)…the whole “nextday” service was ruined by the incompetence of the courier…use Royal Mail or anyone other then evri, yodel or inpost

Ordered on Wednesday 24/6/26, stated next day delivery writing this on Saturday 27/6/26 still not received my item. Received on Sunday 👍

I placed an order for work shorts that were clearly in stock only to receive an email the next day (the day of delivery) to notify me they are out of stock and that it could take 5 days until they’re back in again. Not happy at all!!!!

Order 575015 placed on the 25.06.26 is the one in question.

I originally ordered a pair of shorts size 40 (58) which were too small and have been returned. Which is something else I’m unhappy about because all of my snickers trousers are size 58 yet for some reason the shorts are too tight.

Snickers Direct good prices and quick dispatch. The courier service used awful. The link from their email would not allow me to nominate a safe place for the delivery. When it was delivered it stated left with neighbour, but house number given was one for the original delivery address so I had no idea where my parcel was.

Snickers always impress! We ordered the team some work shorts during the heat wave, and they were delivered the following day. Thank you from our team!

We needed to cancel the order, very helpful lady in customer service sorted it and arranged refund.
