If you're using a Manager account in Social Care TV and want to cancel a course that hasn't been started:
- Go to Trainee Management
- Click on the trainee's name
- Tick the box next to the course you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Courses at the top of the page
If the course has not been started, the course credit is automatically returned to your account so you can use it for another enrolment. If the course has already been started, it cannot be cancelled.
On a mobile device, open the trainee's course list, tap the arrow beside the course, then select Cancel.
If you need further help with this, our knowledgeable team can talk you through step by step over the telephone. Simply call the team during business hours on 01953 853070 and they will be delighted to help. You can also contact them via LiveChat on the website and at: info@socialcare.tv

Managers or individuals:
To start the course, please log into your account and select the 'Trainee management' button at the top of the page. Ensure that the âActive Traineesâ tab is highlighted so that your name appears underneath this tab.
If you are using a computer to access your training, click on the number displayed under the âCurrent Coursesâ column to view your courses.
If you are using a mobile device, please click directly on your name from the list of âActive Traineesâ which will take you to your list of âCurrent Coursesâ. The âStartâ button will be located to the right-hand side of the course. If you are unable to see the âStartâ button, either rotate the screen on your phone so that it is in landscape mode or click on the title of the course and a âStart courseâ button will be displayed.
If you have enrolled on the Care Certificate, please click onto the number under the âCurrent Coursesâ column or directly on your name to access your training page.
Next to the Care Certificate Induction training, click on the âViewâ button and the 20 individual courses contained within the bundle will be displayed with a âStartâ button to the right-hand side of each. The courses can be completed in any order you wish.
If you are accessing your training via a mobile phone, click directly onto the words "Care certificate induction" and the 20 individual courses contained within the bundle will be displayed. To start a course click onto the course title.

To start the course, please log into your account and click on the words âMy coursesâ which can be found on the blue navigation bar. A list of âActiveâ and âArchivedâ courses will then be displayed. Please ensure that you select the âActive Coursesâ tab where you will find a list of your âCurrent Coursesâ. To start the course, simply click on the âStartâ button.
If you are using a mobile device, log into your account and click on âMy coursesâ on the blue navigation bar. A list of your âCurrent Coursesâ will be displayed.
