Knowledgeable CS team in place. I had an idea how to get things done but they gave me a different plan and a better approach. The account is live and kicking ass. Super satisfied!

Since signing up with SGE they have always been very honest, friendly and quick in responding to our requests. Their booster plans are awesome, highly recommend them. The main reason for leaving a review is that the SGE team are leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors. They really have it all figured out in terms of 24/7 customer support and go out of their way to make their services work for you no matter how big or small your account is.

They were quite flexible with my needs and requests so I'll give them 5 stars. Money well spent.

Total waste of time and money. When canceling they didn’t even ask why or try to resolve my issue, and gladly accepted assuming they get cancellations often.
Felt very unsafe, I would log in requests every day, a few times a day. They have you enter a near by location but log in from multiple devices very far off from your location so you naturally feel scared to approve the request. I didn’t see any accounts that resonated with the audience I defined. Lots of bots. Lots of accounts from India. I didn’t even request a refund after canceling 5 days into the service because I just wanted to be done with this company.

Ok well within 48 hours these guys have literally doubled my subscribers and the way it's travelling I'll be in a position to monetise my channel in days. This is certainly way above the expectations I had and my watch time on longer videos has gone from a couple of minutes to 30 minutes plus, which means they are targeting the right audience for my service. Nothing but praise for this team.

I don't even know where to begin. They sold me by telling me they only provided "real growth and followers" at first after buying the Tiktok package the followers looked semi real.. After a week this instantly turned to obviously fake accounts from different countries.. I brought up this concern to them multiple times and they said all the "user219321841231813" and all the account from India were in fact "real." I noticed that my organic views began to immensely drop and my close friends were no longer even seeing my videos without going to my page. I brought this up to their customer service and SHOWED them how low my engagement had dropped (over 30 percent) and they continued to tell me that they delivered their job and all the fake followers were real followers.
