Total disaster. They spammed me with Russian bots, and I had my ad account get shut down the same day so I immediately canceled.

They offered to help recover it, but the damage is done, and at the very least, I should get a refund considering they did not deliver as promised.

Their support tried to gaslight me saying the traffic was clean, but they are on record acknowledging that they did send the Russian bot traffic and I've got the screenshots.

Tricky to prove that it was them that got my ad account shut down because FB is pretty tight-lipped about what caused the violation. That's beside the point though.

These people think it's okay to put your business in jeopardy and charge you for it.

Stay far away and don't try to cut corners with your social growth.

Working with this company has been so nice. Their onboarding is quite simple and they are very communicative. I've started gaining a good amount of new followers on my Twitter and IG and all of them are real accounts in my niche. Thanks!

I can barely believe how much exponential growth I’ve had in one month. So I’m using their IG Influencer Booster, which is great - 300 likes on 1 post/day (or 30/mo) + 300 views on up to 5 stories/day. First, I don’t even use all of those. Second, these likes & views get my posts & stories exponential likes and views to the Nth degree, and it keeps getting better. Now many of my reels see up to 900+ likes a reel, and today my stories got over 2,000 views each. I wasn’t able to get this kind of reach by any stretch with organic efforts.

I’ve gained over 100 FWs in the past month. Sure, I’d prefer more but that’s not what they are tasked with and not my focus. It’s just a bonus on top.

All I can say is if you want your profile to get greater brand awareness and reach, don’t hesitate to work with these guys.

So far the best social growth company I’ve used. I do get quality followers & they are very attentive if you have any issue. I would highly recommend.

I’m giving 3 stars because the customer service team is responsive. But the service is not good. I messaged multiple times about my targeting on Instagram account. Even sent screenshots of all the spam accounts being followed on my account. Each time they said they will fix it and just continued following accounts that weren’t targeted and spammy. Now I have to login every day and clean up the mess they made of my account. Won’t use them again or refer any of my followers or clients.

Total waste of time and money. Stay Away. Zero stars. We had to email them almost daily for an entire month. With no change. We subscribed to their service that promised 10-20% new followers on Instagram and literally got zero new followers. They make promises and do not deliver. It took time and energy from me, when it was supposed to do the opposite, and then we didn't even get anything for it. Literally a waste of money, a waste of time, and a waste of energy. We only want to warn others not to get involved, as we wish someone had warned us. The worst company we have ever dealt with!

I have been using Social Growth Engine since 2019 now and have been complete satisfied with the growth results I have been seeing. There have been a few issues, not many, over the years but the friendly knowledgable staff have always been there to get the issue resolved and me back to seeing the great results right away.

I had a disabled IG account for 5 months. I purchased their recovery service and it was back in 24 hours. Yes I said 24 hours! I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Worth every penny

Legends. You won't find a better SMM Growth company with communication and process then these guys. Many just provide an automated dashboard but these guys do the job manually and more carefully so be prepared to go through the process of assisting them to access your account correctly, it's a once off and once its done there is nothing more to do.

I like social growth engine. I use them for several accounts. However, I have to say, I am deeply disappointed by the tricky sales tactic they pulled on me for my new account. I went to their site, signed up as usual, but received a 10% off first month of any service promo in my email three minutes after purchase. I immediately went on the site to chat with an agent, as I was eligible for this discount for my first month of my new account. The agent insisted I had no right to use the promo on my first month, and would apply it to another service or the next month. I sent the agent a screenshot that clearly displayed the email I received saying I was eligible for 10% off of my FIRST month. He (his name was Neal) then went on to say how it was impossible for them to apply it, since they don't have the functionality to deliver refunds (which I find hard to believe). I then let him know I wasn't looking for a refund - only my due discount, a promo I didn't ask for, but was sent to me by social growth.

This is clearly a tricky tactic SGE is using to get people to buy more and it makes me deeply, deeply disappointed. Such a good service has now left a bad taste in my mouth. Be wary.

Ultimately very happy with the service. it started within 48hrs instead of 24hrs, i was later advised that the growth account managers work 6 days a week Mon-Sat and I signed up early Sunday. I guess it makes sense if you want a real person working on your account.

Legit Boosts both on YouTube and our Instagram. The analytics for our videos has been North American focused with some Canada, and UK. Our Instagram hit the explore for the first time ever this week, we never expected that.

Process was simple enough, signed up, received an email with a questionnaire and filled it in, was told we would see a change in 24hrs and it was about 4.5hrs and we started seeing new activity. For YouTube we saw the growth once uploaded new content

3rd Month in very happy with the results and progress of both our Twitter and YouTube channels. I think it's one of the most reputable companies providing such a service since they are always available to discuss any concerns or even how we can better our account.

They start the account nicely for the first month - and when you are not looking they quietly stop.

if you say anything they say... oh, we take a 24-48 pause so your account is not restricted - but looking through account activity there isnt any activity for 1-2 weeks.

My YouTube has been skyrocketing since I have been working with SGE. I am so happy with the results they are bringing to my channel. In the last couple of months, I went from 200 subs to almost 10k. My views are growing each day. And the most important, they provide real assistance for any of my concers.

Great, I read mixed reviews decided to give it a go anyhow, and I just passed the 6 month point without issues. Currently gaining around 35 a day and getting a lot more engagement from these followers then we have had before.
