SOFAS and FRIENDS レビュー

Sofas and Friends provided an exceptional service from the beginning to the end. Not only did they help with the delivery of the sofa, but they were extremely flexible with timings, which made the whole process stress-free. They even kept the sofa in storage for me for a period of time until I was ready to receive it — something you don’t often find with other companies.
The communication was smooth, friendly, and professional throughout. The sofa arrived in perfect condition, and the delivery team handled everything carefully and efficiently.
I’m genuinely impressed with their customer care and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again!

Great product, would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service from help before ordering to delivery being quick and setting the sofa up fantastically. This is the nicest sofa !!! Thank you would highly recommend you.

So I did a review on Sofas @ Friends after having two sofas from them one was a replacement for one that was faulty I received the second part of the Sofa in replacement for the damage one seven months later same problem with the Sofa. I’m sorry but I cannot and will not recommend this company to anybody after writing my review. They reply to it telling me to contact the office so they can get this sorted for me low and behold they never contacted me. I called the office. I was told someone will be in contact with me very soon. This was two weeks ago total waste of of my time please do not reply to this review asking me to contact you as I will not be doing it. It’s been a total waste of £1900.

Yet to recieve our sofa but visited the store on Saturday and dealt with a lovely gentleman called Rad, he was Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful range of sofas to view, definitely worth the trip!

Very pleasant dealing with Rad at Sofas and friends. The sofas are excellent value for money too

Beat at customer centricity and no one has this great amazing collection for sofas in London.

The delivery guys was so helpful...tried their best to fit the sofa through the doors... the sofa looks nice and good quality

Amazing service!!!

Amazing experience, went into the shop on the Saturday to see the sofa and it was delivered today (Tuesday!) so amazing delivery turnaround. Purchased the Tignes and the quality is brilliant, the sofa itself is absolutely beautiful. Delivery men were also lovely and helpful. We had an awful experience with DFS, but sofas and friends I would highly recommend!

We ordered a special order shark colour tulum sofas, the turn around was quick and the delivery company was great too. We are in love with the new sofas! Great experience with sofa and friends!

Super fast delivery! Very professional service, delivered unpacked and sofa put where I wanted it, great! Ordered the Tignes electric cinema sofa in green, its stunning! And looks so much more expensive then it was, would definitely recommend 5*

It’s the second sofa I bought from sofa and friends. The quality is great and it’s so comfortable! The team were brilliant as always. I’ve recommended them to several friends and they’ve all had great experiences too. Very happy

Just purchased the tinges corner mocha sofa amazing quality and what a great team in the showroom. Well worth a visit.

We got our Tignes sofa - few days ago and we absolutely in love with it.
Great quality, cozy and comfortable.
Very efficient customer service - this model was in stock therefore we received less than in a week after we placed an order. Would definitely recommend!

quick efficient delivery and fantastic quality

What a great experience. I had been looking at Sofas & Friends for some time time as I couldnt decide what to go for.
On Monday 13th October in the afternoon I placed an order for the Left Hand Bormio sofa in beige.
On Tuesday 14th October I decided that the right hand would be better so I emailed to request this thinking it would be too late to change the order. Oh no I was wrong, the ordered was amended. On Wednesday 15th October I was advised that my sofa would be delivered on Thursday 16th October - WOW!!!!
So I was given a delivery slot of 11am-2pm so worked from home. The tracking was great and the delivery team kept me updated when they knew they were running late due to traffic.
Well when the sofa arrived I was soo excited. The guys bought it in with absolute care and attention, they washed their hands as soon as they took all the packing off of the sofa - they even took their shoes off to bring the sofa in to my lounge which is hard floors. They were the most friendly and polite delivery team I have ever experienced and an absolute pleasure to have in my home.
They set the sofa up, checked it was all working as it should and gave me a full demonstration. They are an absolute credit to you.

I ordered my Bormio sofa online on Monday afternoon and had it delivered today (Thursday) the same week even with me changing from a left to a right hand corner the following day.
What can I say other than I am in love with my new sofa, it’s stunning!
Customer service from these guys is the best.
The delivery service guys were running late due to traffic but kept me informed along the way. They installed the sofa after washing their hands so as not to mark the sofa, set it up and gave me a full demonstration and they even took all of the wrapping. They are a credit to you!
