I was a bit skeptical about making a purchase from this store due to the not so positive reviews. I personally had a great experience. Ordered a pair of the P42 USMC Camo Trousers and they arrived within 4 days and 2 days early. I live in the USA so the delivery time was really impressive. Never owned an original pair but according to photographs of the time these are great replicas. They fit perfectly and you can tell they will age nicely. RRL created a pair based on a similar design and they are literally 5 times the cost.

I didn't really have to deal with customer service beside asking a question and received an answer within 4 business day. Slow but not terrible. They carry really unique products and based on my experience I will be purchasing from them again.

I’m struggling with this review as the product I ordered is really good. The reason for the low mark is staff attitude and poor customer service.
I was given the option for next day delivery so I paid for that and was advised that the parcel was delayed and would not be delivered next day. On contacting the company I was told it’s my fault for selecting next day delivery and tuff that I’ve paid for it there’s nothing they will do.
After advising that I’d that’s their attitude I’ll refuse delivery and claim a full refund they did offer to reimburse 50% of my P&P and when this arrives in my account I’ll edit the review accordingly from 1 star.
I did have several items marked up for future purchases for my military displays that I do with local schools and public events, however after being spoken to like the proverbial I will be buying from elsewhere unless a very good apology is forthcoming.
Edit the refund has been made so I have adjusted the review from 1⭐️ to 3⭐️ as the product is good but staff attitude was very poor and no apology for poor service was made which stops this getting a good score.

Poor quality rubbish, as expensive as the real thing & rip off returns.
I bought a sam Browne holster and my Webley pistol did not fit in!
The lanyard was not constructed correctly and the cheap glue gave up before I could even put it on the pistol.

They agreed for me to return it (at cost to me) and then refused to refund my money for the original sale. I have to use Paypal dispute to resolve the matter. They claimed they paid return postage and that nothing is wrong. I have since bought an antique for the same price as the cheap rubbish they sold.

I placed an order on 3rd Dec for a historical reproduction knife along with a smaller pocket knife. My order was dispatched using Parcelforce on 5th Dec - I received it on 8th Dec. Upon opening the box, I found one of the items (the reproduction knife) was damaged, and had a chip in the cutting edge of the blade. I sent an e-mail to SoF customer services the same day with a photograph, asking to return and exchange it. I got a response on 9th Dec saying "This has been passed on for attention and we will contact you again as soon as we have any further information". Now 12th Dec and still waiting. I'm not too sure who they're supposed to be asking, given that they're in charge of their own customer services department! Not very impressed thus far.

Update: I chased customer services on 12 Dec (after leaving this review) and got a reply the following day. They posted a replacement out via ParcelForce, and requested the original be sent back using a returns label they included in the replacement package. The replacement arrived today (18th Dec) and I am very pleased - it is much better quality than the knife I originally received. I sent the original back via the Post Office, which was generally hassle-free. Review upgraded from 2 to 3 stars. Still a middle-of-the-road buying experience, and looking at other reviews, I can see I'm not alone. I hope not to have a similar experience in the future!

I have ordered twice from this company, firstly I ordered a Webley .455 round which whoever picked it from the shelves did not know how to identify and collected instead a .45 ACP round. When this arrived I sent it back and they returned it with a Webley round as well as the .45 ACP bullet (which was nice).
The second time I ordered I bought a SOE pencil fuse which arrived intact and quickly (with no mistakes this time).
Overall I would say they are good and have a good service but could do with teaching their staff to identify their product.

Grunden Til at de kun får 4 stjerner er at delivery details (leverings oplysninger) er lidt mystisk og kringlet da det er sat op på en anden måde end vi bruger her hjemme.
Men ellers et fantastisk sted!

Overordnet set er jeg godt tilfreds, men jeg har måttet konstatere at deres leveringstider desværre varierer en del (uden at de gør opmærksom på evt. forsinkelser og udsolgt varer før de sender) og en del af deres varetekster i webshoppen er enten fejlbehæftede eller decideret nonsens. På den positive side har kommunikationen altid været god ved henvendelser og deres bytte- og reklamations service er ligelgedes hurtig og upåklagelig.

Jeg anbefaler at man bestiller i god tid - og at man skriver og spørger, før man bestiller, hvis der er noget man er i tvivl om.

Have bought a lot of kit from this company, and have never had a single problem, fast reliable shipping and a generally great experience.
