Softext took over our IT support back in August 2025. Although we had received satisfactory services from our previous providers, Softext really went the extra mile.

They respond to issues quickly, they always follow through to ensure issues are resolved, they save us money by suggesting alternative options when available and they explain everything as we go along so that we have a full understanding of our system.

As a totally paperless accountancy practice, specialising in Sage 50 software, with an ISO 27001 in place, our requirements are quite specific and we need to have everything working perfectly. This is exactly the case and we are all extremely pleased with the excellent service that we now have in place from our IT provider.

Had a lot of help from various members of the Technical team in setting up a database - in particular Jason Summerfield whose patience and knowledge was amazing. Thanks for a great service

I contacted Rob today to request an extension to the training as the person originally allocated to it had left the company and hadn't even started the course. Rob was so helpful and supportive. Going the extra 10 miles and I experienced outstanding service today and was just blown away with how easy he made my request! We worked with Softext for many, many years. Over the years, they have supported us with anything we needed. They supported onboarding new users, creating new reports and helping us move from a windows based to a web based instance of ACT. Plus much more. It was settling to know that if we needed help with ACT, we could simply get in touch.

The support is fantastic and they do look after their clients.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Training was delivered in a timely manner and all our questions were answered, we are now able to use our database in a much more efficient way. Highly recommended.

Since my first interaction with Softext they have gone above and beyond to help out.
The tech support is fantastic (Jason has been my point of contact) and at no time did I feel I was taking up their time or no question was a stupid question. The whole team are a credit to the company and I would strongly recommend them to others.

As always the team are very good, Jason on this occasion, Always there when needed.

Rob and the team have been a great help with ACT.
We have been using ACT for over 10 years and have always been nervous to upgrade.
We upgraded recently, there have been some teething issues, these were overcome swiftly and without issue.

I never give Trustpilot reviews, because I don’t trust them! I can genuinely recommend these guys for technical support with ACT.

I have booked them for additional training and will hopefully use them more in the future.
