Sogolytics レビュー

I am thoroughly impressed by the Sogosurvey. As it is packed with a wide variety of survey samples and its data analysis is on point. I'm completely happy.

Our small charitable society is pleased with SoGoSurvey’s features that help us achieve one of our goals of staying in touch with our program participants. A few of these features are: a) clear, easy steps in creating surveys and results reporting, b) the ability to copy an existing SoGoSurvey survey for a new survey iteration, and c) data results downloaded straight to an Excel spreadsheet which saves us a lot of time since it cuts out the copy and paste routine of questions and survey participant feedback retrieval. Our organization is also very happy that SoGoSurvey offers a free annual plan option for non-profits like ourselves. On a tight budget it’s a welcome relief to find an online software company that is willing to give non-profits a break. Non-profits need to do a little work to qualify for a free annual subscription by writing up a 200+ word review of SoGoSurvey (such as this review) and posting to Google or other review platform. Another requirement for a free subscription is to have a SoGoSurvey logo on your website’s home page with a link to SoGoSurvey’s website. We consider these steps to be well worth the effort to gain access to a top-rated online survey system.

I just started using #SoGoSurvey. It is so user friendly, and incredibly flexible. It has easy to follow videos for instruction and different levels for personal, student and business needs. I love it and highly recommend it for all your survey needs.

Hi, Sogosurvey is a legendary site. It has many nice features for those who want to conduct surveys. Sogosurvey is for you, especially if you are a frequent researcher like me.

As far as free survey tools go, you won’t find another that delivers so much value like SoGoSurvey. SoGoSurvey is an end-to-end survey design, distribution, and analysis platform. Because it provides a full suite of functionalities, SoGoSurvey users will never need to find additional tools for survey-related tasks―even if they’re not paying a cent.
Best of all, SoGoSurvey doesn’t put support behind a paywall. If you’re a free user and you encounter a problem, you’re entitled to 24/7 email customer service.

Nice and clean design. The basic account is useless and very impractical. The site is very intransparent about the free courses. To upgrade now, I have to write several reviews.

Our HOA of 39 homes needed input from homeowners about how to update their CC&Rs. Sogosurvey’s platform allowed us to get the input our Board needed in great speed and ease. The site has straightforward navigation, all the tools needed, clear directions, and the support team is immediately responsive and helpful. A very positive experience overall, and in just a matter of two weeks we had all the info needed presented in a professional manner. Highly recommended.

It is a very good tool. When I need to do a questionnaire survey, I found a lot of software that requires payment, but SoGoSurvey is free, which is very friendly for a student. SoGoSurvey also offers a free Plus plan for students, which means the questionnaire can receive more than 200 responses for free. Most importantly, you can ask the online customer service for any questions, which is not available on other websites. Very user friendly.

Amazing tool. Super light, interactive and powerful.
Solve language problems that other software have and give many other tools to make a research possible and easy.

Recommend.

SoGoSurvey is an amazing tool to assist you in various survey needs by enabling you to ask questions, provide feedback and analyze results in a quick and customizable way.

I loved the customer experience. They were so responsive to all my needs!

Currently using SoGoSurvey to create a survey for my internship project. I'm really enjoying it as it's so helpful and easy to use. There's plenty of options and you can customise the survey accordingly. Really happy with this!

Great application for having amazing surveys done.

Useful tool to make a survey. I highly recommend it!

Just started using SoGoSurvey (after a disaster with SurveyMonkey trying to charge me a fortune!) but so far it’s been fantastic! The layout is really clear and easy to use, the options available are much wider than other websites and they offer a student package!

I’m using it for my dissertation research so I have to have it at a high standard which SoGoSurvey is allowing me to achieve!

I'm an undergrad and am using SoGoSurvey for a quantitative research project. I was introduced to this app via my tutor and I love the ease of use this website has to offer. The tips and guides provided are also easy to follow through which makes it easy for someone new to pick up the skills required. Highly recommend for those who need a survey platform!

I am a PhD student and am using SoGoSurvey to run all my quantitative research. The software is user friendly, has more power than i could ever need, and the service is quick and excellent. I have received responses to every email in under 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Our agency has used this software for just over a year. We have used it for surveying our cycling team (fundraising), employees, administering quizzes and tests to verify knowledge from training, and most importantly, client satisfaction feedback. This has by far been the best software we have used for these tasks.

SoGoSurvey has provided the perfect program for student researchers who are looking for a great product and an awesome student discount. Customer service is quick and very friendly and the software is easy to use. I highly recommend.

I have recently started using SoGoSurvey for a research project. I am a medical student and I needed software that had certain options such as “branching” that allowed me to create a very simple and accessible survey to the general population. My experience has so far been very positive. That is because the interface is very easy to learn and use. Both the application and the website are very easy to use, even a person who has never created any kind of surveys can use the application very easily with the help of tutorials and training videos provided by the website, as well as the application. In addition, the variety of options for designing questions, the ability to link answers based on simple logic and aesthetic options make SoGoSurvey a highly recommended option for students and researchers.
On the other hand, I would like to thank the technical team of customer service, since both by email and by the web chat service of the SoGoSurvey application they were very quick to respond and solved my web access problems in a very fast and kind way.
I would definitely recommend that you consider using SoGoSurvey the next time you need to create a survey.
