I highly recommend SoGoSurvey. We are a charity with limited capacity so having a straight forward and easy to use survey tool is invaluable to us. Creating a complex survey is very easy and straight forward and this process is made even easier with pre-formulated templates. Data is collated and reports are easy to read and analyse. We use the popup windows to capture website visitor information, this is a great way to better understand our customers. We annually conduct a audience survey and SoGoSurvey’s makes this process easy to manage, execute and capture information. Our volunteers have become accustomed to using our surveys to feedback information about training events, support and development needs. Having easy to read reports makes it easy for us to report certain information to stakeholders and also helps us to provide specific evidential information in funding applications. Technically we’ve had no issues with SoGoSurvey and any questions or concerns are answered quickly and efficiently by their support team. If you want to create bespoke surveys to capture information in various question formats along with needing easy to read data then I strongly recommend that you consider using SoGoSurvey. You will not be disappointed and you will have more time to turn your data into results.

Great company for surveys, it allows many different choices for collection of data, it is very helpful.

We are a small not-for-profit that love using SoGoSurvey. IIt is particularty useful for creating eye catching graphics for our reports and on our website. I like that it is flexible and easy to use. And we can use our colours in the infographics. Thanks for the fantastic tool SoGoSurvey!

User-friendly and aesthetically appealing. I wish that I had found this tool sooner.

This tool is proving very useful for data collection. I have to collect quantitative data for my dissertation and this tool is making it so much easier. It is easy to use but should you be confused about anything, they have an amazing customer service team on hand to help you at the very moment you need help. I would highly recommend.

Using SoGoSurvey has been super easy. My project is quantitative in nature and SoGoSurvey has made creating the questions so easy. I am excited to get the results and have SoGoSurvey analyze the data and save me so much time. Highly recommend.

Great site! easy to use, and turned out great. I'm upgrading!

After I complained about a business practice were I felt unfairly treated, their service department really took my complaints to heart. They contacted me and improved their website to address my issues, now I am quite satisfied with the service I received. Even for the free package you can create great surveys and analyses - keep in mind however that you can only receive a limited number of responses.

Would rate 5 stars if more responses were available for the free package, but the customer service really gets 5 stars.

A very good tool to use when doing research. The functions available to you are plentiful, even when using the free version, and it is a tool which enabled me to perform research effortlessly and in a way that was very logical.
Easy-to-learn and full of functions.

SoGoSurvey is a great online survey tool for research unlike any other that I have tried before. Their user experience is top-notch and the customer relation very warm. I'm loving it!

SoGoSurvey is hands-down the best online surveying tool I have ever used. It's intuitive, with a comprehensive toolset and real value-for-money which is all excellent. However, the best feature is the extraordinary customer service which is a clear cut above the competition.
I can unreservedly recommend this to anyone who needs to use a survey tool and is unsure where to look.

I made an account a week ago and it's been great, what is special is how it looks so professional and not so classic. It's very aesthetic and definitely draws attention, very pleased!

Nice customer service and great student upgrade! Helped me make my questionnaire for my bachelors degree possible and good-looking compared to previous questionnaire i've made!

Sogosurvey will help me with my thesis about investment decisions of CFO's. Can not wait for the survey results! Looking forward for the data extraction with automated graphical overviews.

I am a student I have to make surveys for my class. SoGoSurvey is easy to use and is very user friendly. It is extremely nice to use for my marketing research class.

I am a student and need to complete a survey for my disseration. I have previously used other survey sites but found them to be limited and not very easy to use.

So Go Survey provide a great free account/student account with so much function and choice of pre designed question formats. There is no limit to the number of surveys you can complete and it is really simple to use. They have built in sharing functions for social media and it is perfect for what i needed for uni.

Best Survey Tool –

I began using SoGoSurvey a while ago when I started writing my master thesis and needed a survey-tool software to build my qualitative research and collect data for the respective analysis. Imagine my surprise when I realized that it was not only a free survey-tool software but also a great one, with excellent features, predefine design options, so the survey doesn’t look dull or boring, different distribution methods to reach out the audience, with superb data analytics and data management options, and much more. I am still using it for my research and I must say I haven’t experienced any issues so far, since the platform is friendly-orientated, the interface is convenient and simple, and the customer service and the support is topnotch. Additionally, the training videos are really good and they are easy to follow, in such a way, you always will feel “somehow” supported either by their excellent guiding material or their client support.

To finish, allow me to say that SoGoSurvey is also a secure platform easily adjusted to the needs of its customers. I have found different features I didn’t even realize when I was starting my project, but I have been finding them on the go. I totally recommend it!

I reviewed SoGoSurvey one year ago when I was preparing for my qualifying examination as part of my doctoral degree requirements.

I was initially using the Basic plan, which was upgraded to a Pro plan thanks to the SoGoSurvey team's generous support of my pilot study, which enabled me to collect high quality data to substantiate my research proposal and successfully pass my qualifying examination! :)

Everything I wrote in my previous review still stands a year later, and on top of those, I must also specially mention the ability to do more sophisticated studies through branching logic (which is available in the Pro plan that was generously offered by SoGoSurvey) is really amazing.

Also, as I was working through the creation of my study instruments and collecting data for my pilot study using SoGoSurvey, I did not experience any issue and never had to seek support because the entire interface was very well-designed and robust. My pilot study participants also reported that SoGoSurvey was easy to use and works well on any device.

Having successfully conducted my pilot study on SoGoSurvey, I am now in the process of fully launching my dissertation's main study on their platform because I am fully confident that I can rely on them to collect data for the most important degree in my life.

Thank you SoGoSurvey for generously supporting students with such a useful and robust tool. My dissertation will also acknowledge your generosity in supporting student research with a powerful tool without denting our tiny wallets.

Using SoGoSurvey for my graduation thesis. It is very user friendly and I like how intuitively it works. Customer support chat also helps out very quickly each time I have any question about the software. Highly recommend!

SoGoSurvey is has the easiest set up for all your survey needs. Works amazing for marketing research purposes in college courses.
