Don't touch this company. A $4000 lift chair malfunction due to poor craftsmanship. Scum bags wont even help. Totally prey on disabled people as they think we won't fight back.

I dont know what else to say about the Outback chair and my double adjustable bed and mattress. They are absolutely beautiful. Fantastic! I am having so many good nights sleep it is unreal. My husband and I have just purchased the 'Spirit' Aero Leather Recliner/Lift Chair.

The process of sourcing reputable companies, information gathering, pricing as well as delivery and installation can be so daunting and overwhelming.

After months of research I found Solace Sleep with Darren and his professional team to be a wealth of knowledge. Darren went over all the details with me several times, to make sure I choose the right bed for my needs I was encouraged to ask questions and nothing was to much trouble. Darren got me the best deal by far, and with the 25yr warranty on the motor I have peace of mind that this bed will last.

These beds are just amazing, the functions range from your basic features to features that make life that more relaxing and stress free.

This bed was purchased for child with disabilities and companion bed.

I can highly recommend the Transmaster lolo-Hilo bed with plush mattresses (it’s like sleeping on a cloud) the ability to rise the bed makes making the bed easy, head and foot adjusts to help releave pressure on the body, vibrating function relaxes the muscles, the light under the head helps with night trips to the bathroom especially when sharing a room and watching for trip hazards.
I don’t know how I slept/survive before this amazing bed.

The delivery process was super quick with no hassles. The bed was set up and I was shown how all the functions worked before the staff left. Nothing was too much trouble.

I can’t recommend this company and the bed HIGHLY ENOUGH.

It’s the best and comfortable bed we have ever purchased. We saw Solace Sleep display centre in NSW. The sales rep let me and my husband try the adjustable beds. He then press the head up and down button as well as the foot up and down button with the remote control. Then he press the foot and head massage button. It was amazing. We bought 2 Long Single Pain Relief Package (Better Sleep base + 1 Midnight Medium mattress and 1 Midnight Firm mattress). We can sleep better and breath better because we can adjust the height of our head area. The delivery team gave us an excellent delivery and installation service.

We gave them another sale by introducing them to my sister in Canberra who bought a Single Pain Relief Package.

They are never pushy during the whole process, just let us go back to do some more research with other companies and check Google reviews before making any decision. They are very patient to answer our questions and concerns. I can recommend Solace Sleep bed to anyone.

It was a nightmare dealing with this business and I would NEVER RECOMEND THEM! Particularly someone in physical pain. Their expert OT convinced me their copper hybrid mattress and adjustable base was the best thing for someone with fibromyalgia and arthritis. The deal quoted was over 8k.
They sent a firm mattress and their basic level adjustable base. I asked them earlier what's the difference with the one on sale at Bunnings? Only suitable for general public, not pain sufferers. They had a 50% off sale and we proceeded. First they sent the wrong size bed and the Asian lady rudely let me know! It took forever for it to arrive. I was told to relax, it's on its way... without checking to discover it actually wasn't. Also no explanation or responsibility taken for sending the wrong bed, waiting for it to return then sending me the right size. They forgot to cut down the legs. I had to jump up. Sent new legs that we could magically put under an immovable object.
Over 65kg I think. After trying for 2 weeks to sleep on it, waking up with seized legs, knees, lower back, Bought one after the other, memory foam 7cm, Sherpa 1600gsm underlay, doona, knee pillow, full length body pillow, neck pillow x3. What they ended up giving me was the basic adjustable base mentioned above, no hi-low or tilt which I needed and requested. A
HARD mattress with multiple layers all out of alignment, a VERY saggy cover, poor workmanship to say the least. The soft sides make me fall out of bed and I have to sleep in the middle and scoot out of bed.
The height of mattress is now about 50 and no sheets fit. Using a doona cover. These ppl assured me that they would make it right...
What they did was not send me the 8k half price ensemble but the cheaper one at 4k. Legs too short, and 6 months of wasted time communicating. I never got accustomed to it, (9 months), I hate it, my pain is worse, constantly!!! And I'm stuck with it. I even gave them a heads up about this review with more promises. 100 nights passed and that was the end.
Oh and don't be fooled by the 100 night love it guarantee unless you want to fork out $400 for freight.
I offered to pass it on to another customer at a discount. I'd only slept on it 10 days at the time.
Then I didn't get any response from asking these questions. This is what I told them....
"This entire bed was a waste of money. it is unusable.
I really hope you will not suggest to anyone in future with fibro that this copper flex would be of benefit.
you Also told me that the better sleep deal on Bunnings and mydeal was the basic model and more suited to ppl in general, that I needed more functions.
the deal you had at the time was 50% off entire range.
a firm mattress, basic frame.
I now have had to buy memory toppers, contoured pillows and a puffy one pillow top. very expensive body pillows. knee pillow...
I hate the bed it gives me greater pain. body locks up, sciatica re emerged".
I'm very unhappy! (And tired, and crippled and broke).
Better off if you go into a store locally and buy one.
