Very helpful when we went to…Solatube
Very helpful when we went to office/showroom. Very impressed with what Anna showed us. Sorting out what was needed was very simple and Adrian (AJ) who carried out installation was very efficient and importantly a very tidy worker.
The amount of light gained in our dark hallway is almost unbelievable even on quite overcast days. We are really pleased we had it done. Highly recommend solitude and the whole team

Provides lots of light
Very pleased with the quality of the Solatube system and the amount of light it adds to our stairs and landing following a home extension which bricked up the existing window.

Solatube made our kitchen so much brighter
We had a Solatube installed about a month ago. The installers were very professional, tidy and very efficient. We're very happy with the product and its performance. It certainly brings a lot of light to our kitchen making it so much brighter. Overall, we feel it was the right decision to use Solatube Daylighting Systems. Thank you very much.

A ray of sunshine!
Brilliant communication, help and advice prior to installation. On the day AJ the fitter understood what we needed and did his best to replace an existing ceiling rose and hole in the ceiling. The end result is superb, and looks almost seamless to the existing ceiling surpassing our expectations.

Very pleased with the Solatube fitting
Very pleased with the Solatube fitting. Even on a dank November day it illuminated our once gloomy stairwell. The additional solar powered night light worked beyond expectations.
Could not fault the installation. Very professional with no mess.

Customer Support
We recently had an issue with a system that had been installed in 2009. Since 2009 the design of the product has, naturally, changed and been redesigned and no spares for the old design are available. However the whole team at Solartube UK were brilliant.
I removed the problem item and sent it back to them where they rectified the problem, cleaned everything up and returned it to us like new. The item has been reinstalled and is working as was originally intended.
I would highly recommend Solartube to others not just for the light it brings to an internal bathroom and stairwell saving us money but for the can do attitude of the whole Solartube UK team

My brother had two solatubes fitted in…
My brother had two solatubes fitted in a dark lounge. Amazing amount of light, so much so that we will be buying the filters to diffuse the light .

Solatube order and installation.
The job was done on the date agreed and in an efficient manner. The installer was very pleasant to deal with, tidy and very competent. The finished installation is very effective in todays sunny weather however we need a dull day to check how it performs in poorer conditions.

Highly recommended
Excellent support from Ian Bell and team. The fitting of solatubes in our kitchen and lounge have increased the light into the rooms. We have been very satisfied with the product, which have replaced less efficient sola light tubes manufactured by another company. We experienced a professional approach from the team where all our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble.Would highly recommend.

Literally Brilliant!
Literally brilliant! Has made a huge difference to our house. All the staff were lovely; in the office, the guy who came to measure and the fitter. Might seem a little expensive but you get what you pay for don’t you? Worth every penny.
