Solidnature

Save yourself time and frustration and choose any other natural stone company. SolidNature had us sign a contract on a stone that was not actually available, and only told us this after we had put down a 75% deposit. They promised to find a stone that looked liked the original. They told us we were being too picky, they always rushed us out of the warehouse. We gave them four months to do find a stone and they never did. The problem with SolidNature’s business is they bring you into a spectacular showroom but then when it comes to finding an actual stone they rush you through the process and stick you with limited options. The difference in the stone was so grievous that the lawyer we had to hire said, “there’s normally no case to be made in natural stone but everyone at our firm agrees this is egregious.” The experience certainly felt like being conned, as SolidNature never offered solutions and was happy to keep our 75% deposit until we got lawyers involved. See the google review for photos of what we were promised and what they actually delivered.
