Most Third Class App
I have a premium subscription but it never works. Waste of money 👎👎👎

Utterly incompetent service.
The content is outdated, low-quality, and clearly neglected. Customer support is useless — they don’t read complaints, don’t resolve issues, and just parrot the same canned response like a broken record.

Cancelling the service doesn’t even stop them from charging you. I cancelled and was still billed for renewal, then told “auto-renewal is on” as if that excuses taking money after cancellation. That’s not customer service — it’s either gross incompetence or deliberate misconduct.

Zero accountability, zero value, and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid

SO IN ORDER TO CONTACT THEM SO SEE WHAT SHOWS THEY HAVE YOU HAVE TO SIGNUP WITH CC...WELL NOW ITS TIME TO SIGNUP AND THEN FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CC...THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT WELL THAT IS WHAT THEY GET.

Wanted to watch an 8 min champions league highlights. Ended watching 14 ads and a bit of the match. Sony LIV is a joke!

Too many ads , in a 50 min episode there are 16 ads , that too even after paying subscription. Disgusting experience. 🤬🤬

Rows upon row of adverts. Sony have now started adding blocks of six ads, then five ads then more ads. Absolutely ridiculous. And I'm only watching World Cup qualifier highlights!!!

Worst sports app ever.. they give importance to ads rather than the live matches.. How can they call it live streaming when they are showing the matches after 1 or 2 balls every over.. Next issue is buffering. Pls don't generalize it calling network issues.. it's not more a Free App.. planning to Uninstall soon after the Asia Cup over..

Pathetic experience, poor streaming quality, bad user interface, untimely adds even during switching language, always buffering and takes away the match experience, either they need to upgrade their data centres or establishments or not bid for cricket live unless.

Worst connectivity, so frustrating never could watch india pak match without crashes. Today is more worse. At ever end of a over there is that ugly ramco advertizement which is worst ad i have seen in years, ugly, ugly settings, ugly people and so irritating.

Watching matches on Sony Liv has been the worst experience so far. I always enjoyed it on Jio Hotstar. But on Sony Liv, every time you make a change—like replaying the match or switching commentary language—ads pop up. Sometimes, even during live play, deliveries are missed because of advertisements.

Really poor broadcasting.
