I would not recommend using sopp+sopp if you live in a remote rural setting. They were unable to provide a replacement vehicle while repairs were being done, because of lack of coverage. This was the main reason for claiming through sopp+sopp, along with not having to pay our vehicle insurer's excess. They also failed to progress the work after five weeks and we had to resort to pursuing the claim through our own insurer, who got things done quickly and efficiently within a few days.
Update 22 June 2026: sopp+sopp have replied to this review offering to discuss with me further, but unfortunately the email address given in their reply does not work.

Joel made the process of getting my vehicle booked in for repair easy and quick, Joel explained everything clearly so I understood what would happen.
