We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the bed itself, but we sincerely apologise for the frustrating experience you had with the delivery process. Your preferred date should have been respected, and not being able to reach us or Acme Delivery when you needed to make changes is simply not acceptable. We're sorry you were put in that position and are grateful that your daughter was able to step in.

We also apologise for the incorrect headboard being delivered initially. While we're glad it was rectified within 3 days, this error shouldn't have happened in the first place, and we understand this added unnecessary inconvenience.

Your feedback about our communication is something we take very seriously. We're actively working to improve our responsiveness and ensure that customers can reach us easily when they need assistance.
