I ordered a minidsp from Soundimports &…

I ordered a minidsp from Soundimports & it arrived at my house in the UK 3 days later via USP.
Unfortunately, when I opened the package, one of the inputs was damaged which meant returning it to Soundimports for a replacement.
I got in touch with them via email & they were really good at resolving the rerurn with no quibbles & the process was very easy.
They sent a return label via email & everything has been done under warranty, so I am now just awaiting the defective item reaching them, when they will send a new item.
Excellent customer service.

Bought a tweeter, a mid, and two bass drivers.
Fast and smooth process. However, the packaging arriver either opened by the courier or the initial packaging at SoundImports was extremely bad.
Products arrived (from what I can tell) in good condition, but with their individual box visibly damaged.

Öffensichtlich keine Qualitätskontrolle

Es wurde ein Produkt geliefert, was funktionsuntüchtig war - der elektronische Teil fehlte komplett. Es gibt offensichtlich keine Qualitätskontrolle.
Ich musste die Rücksendeverdandkosten bezahlen, weiss bisher nicht, ob mir diese wieder gutgeschrieben werden.

Vorbildlicher Kundenservice und schnelle Hilfe!
Ein Paradebeispiel für exzellenten Support. Ich hatte leider ein technisches Problem mit einem Bauteil für mein aktuelles Lautsprecher-Projekt. Der Defekt trat nur zeitweise auf, was die Fehlersuche oft kompliziert macht. Der Kundenservice von SoundImports hat jedoch rasend schnell reagiert und die Garantieabwicklung völlig unbürokratisch und kundenfreundlich gelöst. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und auf den Punkt. Genau so wünscht man sich das als Kunde. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team!
