Impressive fast delivery Holland => Norway with UPS. Order placed on tuseday around noon and recieved less than 3 days later. Replacement-driver for 12" subwoofer are now up and running. Thx.

Excellent company from procurement to delivery

My procurement experience with 'Soundimports' was excellent, from placement of order through to Order processing and delivery. I received updates every step of the way together with an extremely efficient delivery service. Can't fault this company and without question, I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend to others.

Bisher keine Antwort auf Support-Anfrage

Lieferung kam zwar schnell an, aber die LAutsprecher liegen - obwohl ich sie als PÀarchen bestellt habe, relativ weit auseinander und noch viel Àrgerlicher: Es gibt keine Antwort auf meine Anfrage diesbezÌglich.

Great customer service and communication

I had placed an order over €100, some items were out of stock so gave me the option of sending separately or waiting to shop all together. I opted for waiting and before the restock dates (which were clearly displayed) I no longer needed the order (nearly 3 weeks later) so I requested it be cancelled and was sorted within 24h. Good and clear communication throughout and no hassle.
