I have used this company on a number of occasions to book holidays. They have always been extremely helpful in finding and organising the holiday providing quality information and excellent service catering for our specific requirements.

Have always had nothing but excellent advice and guidance when booking our holidays with Antonia and this time was no exception. Always very happy.

Great, friendly, efficient staff who know what they are doing and want to provide the best service possible.

Leanne was quick and efficient at dealing with what was specific requirements.

Such excellent service from Helen at Sovereign who resolved our issue very quickly . She was really helpful and made the process of booking our holiday seamless.

I would've given 5 stars but you advertise a private heated pool but when you get to the accomodation its actually a private pool which can be heated at a cost!

A lovely lady called Helen was very helpful and gave me a very personal service. She will be in touch again before we travel to ensure everything is ok.

Helen Lippe has been absolutely fantastic, she’s taken all of the stress out of booking a 5 star last minute family break, meeting all of our specific requirements. Helen was very proactive in offering unprompted great alternatives when there wasn’t availability in others we requested. Helen was patient polite and friendly throughout, she had made booking the holiday an enjoyable experience. These days it is so rare to get even okay customer service so we have come expect less. Have now used the same person for the past 10- 15years and no problems to- date.

I have Just spoken to someone at sovereign explaining the search engine for “the customer” imo was very hard work.
I explained I was trying to check into any place in Kefalonia, you put the dates in and it comes up unavailable please try again this is with a three day margin zzzzzzz after several times of putting different dates in I rang up to be told a hotel I particularly liked only takes people in Tuesday and Sunday and is fully booked, did I the customer know this, does it show it on the website? I could have saved time if I had known, this happened on other areas I was looking into. The lady I spoke to was hardly engaging and it was a relief to get of the phone, after using this company before when it was very professional it sadly appears totally different now.
