A truly five star service, a prompt and personal response from the team whenever I have made contact,,, website very easy to use, managing the calendar and reviews and adding or amending content is simple, enquiry levels are excellent and our properties continue to be almost fully booked. As owners we retain control of our bookings and payments...…. this is almost unique now within this giant industry... we are also verified to ensure people wishing to rent can do so with confidence whilst they benefit from being able to communicate with us directly from the very first contact. Thank you Marianne, Helena and Jimmy, its very nice to have real people to deal with and not an automated phone system!

Excellent service and very easy site to use both in uploading property, modifying details and also from a rental client point of view - a lot easier than many others.

shocking support from Spain-Holiday.com on a recent holiday to Gran Caneria. We had issues with the Villa not being advertised correctly i.e.telling us it was three bedroomed and two bathrooms, when in fact it was two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms......Spain-Holiday then took no responsibility saying we would have to sort it ourselves with the vendor,
be very very careful with this outfit, I would never use them again and never recommend them to anyone

In 12 weeks before our holiday to Tenerife to a villa booked at spain-holiday.com, I googled the villa to find more info on it. I found it was up for sale and actually sold. I contacted Tina Botel who was listed as the owner of the property (but actually isn't after all and money was sent to another lady, whom i'm guessing is the actual owner?!) to see if the booking was still going ahead with the new owners. I heard nothing. Spain-holiday.com have misled me, thinking (as stated on their website) that I would be booking with the owners directly and also that the money is held by them so I would have complete security. I have not had a refund not even told the booking had been cancelled until I contacted the website directly. This was 12 weeks before our holiday all flights booked and 4 children in tow, including a 1 year old. Were we to arrive on the day trying to contact someone for the keys to be told it was sold months ago, and totally stranded?! Trying to find a hotel room for 2 adults and 4 children on the day?!
The booking system is terrible and not secure at all. Tina is uncontactable and the previous owners still have our money. We are shocked and horrified to be treated this way.

We are extremely happy with the professional and very friendly service of Spain Holiday. They do everything they can to help you and they listen to your concerns. They respond very quickly and even by phone they make time for you. Greatly recommended!

Alongside my husband Clive we manage a select number of holiday villas for holiday rental on the Island of Mallorca. We have been advertising with Spain Holiday for a year now and we are absolutely delighted with their website. We always receive great enquiries from prospective holiday guests and the dashboard and enquiry facility are efficient and easy to use. In particular we really appreciate that we are able to exchange telephone numbers with our guests right from the start as this makes the booking process much easier and reassuring for everyone concerned. Company are super efficient and incredibly helpful.

I booked a this villa Villa Paradise owned by Angela Spinelli de la Scala via this website and stayed there for 17 days in August 2017. The property was mis-described and when complain to spain-holiday.com they will not send me a review link in fear of a negative review.
The villa in question was totally misdecribed and owner was extremely rude and non accommodating. Spain-holidays.com did NOT help at all and i would never book via this site ever again.

I have recently returned from a holiday property acquired through Spain-Holiday. The property had been mis-described on the website, both in terms of location to the beach and shops, but moreso in terms of the amenities at the property and the accommodation.
I submitted a review but it hasn't been posted. An email response from Spain-Holiday advises that since the review received fewer than a 3 star rating, the review won't be posted until 3 reviews are received. So, it effectively blocks the negative feedback. There were no reviews posted when I booked, and an honest and transparent account of the property I rented would have stopped me booking the property.
In the meantime, the website description has been changed, but still remains inaccurate in some respects.
Spain-Holiday exempt themselves from responsibility for the accuracy of property descriptions on their website. Read the T&Cs before committing through the website, they are effectively absent of obligations to renters. Spain-Holiday keep properties on site they are fully informed are not correctly described.
An apology, an indication that the advertiser would be asked to revise the description to avoid the situation for future guests and wishing me a nice day was all I got by way of response.

Spain-Holiday has a big supply of many nice houses. They are also service minded and kind. But they cannot support you, if you get in troubles with the owner of the house, inclusive incorrect information. We lost 3.830€ because of that. We had rented a very nice house "View14" in Sayalonga for 2 weeks in July 2017. But when we arrived, we experienced that the 2 - 3 kilometers access road to the house was extremely difficult and dangerous. It was a narrow gravel road with big holes. Two cars could not pass each other, so one of them has to go backwards on the very steep road. Before renting the house, we had asked the owner, Frank De Baerdemaeker about the access road, but had got wrong and insufficient information. We could not stay in the house because of that. And the owner would not give us any refund of money. Spain-Holiday was polite and kind, but could not help us.

We found Spain-Holiday.com after searching the internet for days trying to find a villa that could accommodate our family at the right price.
Spain-Holiday.com has hundreds of villas and apartment on their site
and finding the right one for us did not take long. A lovely villa in Calpe privately owned with lots of space and a lovely pool. We contacted the
owners and very quickly confirmed our dates and price and booked.
We had a wonderful holiday and we will be using Spain-Holiday.com
again next year when we are expecting more family to join us. I have also recommended friends who are now looking to booked.
The whole process was simple although we had to communicate with
the owners and make a deposit with a bank transfer we were very happy with the way it was done.

Kept in touch through the process of renting apt.

I have advertised with spain-holiday.com now for 2 years and they are by far the best internet company for villas around.
They have a really good customer support team who always deal with any problems that you might have.
I used to use OD but they have no back up support at all and when they do answer it´s always 5 days to late, hopeless.
I would recommend this company to anyone who has a villa to let.
