Was overcharged by taxi driver going train station was £6.90 coming back £10 it was only 7.30 in the evening

Very good service. Arrived on time and courteous.

My boy who has additional needs gets picked every day for school to Bourne. We had an excellent service from the previous taxi firm. Since moving to Smart cabs it has been a very difficult time the drivers attitude is absolutely disgusting she's extremely rude and is a bully her attitude towards myself and my wee boy is appalling they told a friend who got him off the bus he stinks they open no windows to let air in for the kids he was soaking in sweat. Their not even coming to my address their parking on a different street photos to prove this. Reported previous incidents but company failed to act and she's still on as driver escorts has got a bit better but can be difficult sometimes. They don't put his safety harness on they expect parents to do this never an issue before I won't because of insurance issues. Our treatment by this driver and reporting issues goes no where driver threatened to drive off this morning unless we took him to the next street which meant the wee boy wouldn't get to school again.

Have always arrived on time, in clean vehicles, and delivered me safely to my destination. Sometimes the drivers are very chatty, and sometimes they are very quiet. But no complaints! Use them regularly.

Dangerous driver. Narrowly avoided a head on collision by centimetres as the driver turned across my lane at the traffic lights. He got out the car and said ‘I had a green light.’ I said ‘Yes and I also had a green light. I had right of way!’ He had no concept of giving way to oncoming traffic before turning across a lane. He shouldn’t be driving in the UK.

Provided a fantastic executive wedding car service of two Mercedes for the bridesmaids and mother of the bride transport to the wedding venue. Both cars were immaculate and both drivers punctual and very friendly. Will highly recommend this company to family and friends. They also provided an evening minibus for immediate family which the vehicle was very clean and driven by a very pleasant and friendly driver. Thank you for making the day go smoothly.

Had SAH yesterday he is the most rude driver had loads of problems with him talking on the phone when driving being rude and just chatting on the phone the whole journey then yesterday he complained to the office saying there was loads of dog hair left cause I took my dog my dog was on my knees for the whole journey apart from 5 seconds then today they wanted to add an extra £5 on my trip I spend £250 on taxis already

Never ever had such a experience before in over 40 years as a professional business man having booked a taxi this evening to take the family home. Thr driver had the postcode for his satnav however proceeded in the opposite direction to our home address. I plotely informed the foreign driver he was going in the totally wrong direction. He did stop-and eventually out our post code in his mobile phone. He proceeded for four miles and stopped the cab and demanded an immediate payment of £30 before he would proceed.
Although I refused he demanded the payment of leave the cab, I reluctantly paid. During the journey driving he was texting on his mobile phone which is extremely dangerous and illegal. He rufused to give his name but on instance wrote SAH
