Amazing the prople who leave a review after only receiving the product.
My experience is that i bought a cooker element from them on ebay under their other trading name of "scraggycat-spares", that element failed after 8 months, i contacted them and they said get it tested by an electrician, which I did at my own expense, then they said it was out of warranty, which it wasn't. I constantly got the runaround from them. Taking it up with trading standards now and Credit card company.

Make your own mind up on them.

I needed a microwave plate 255mm/10 (glass turntable), for my Sharp that I could not find it in 6 different DIY stores. I did not want to buy from Amazon and ebay, they are monopolizing and the obvious return problems in case of the plate not fitting. Then I found this store on maps, here in London, actually I found other with a lot of options to buy but all out of stock. This store had the 2 most common sizes and in stock. I was willing to go direct to the store but then I saw they offer FREE delivery in UK. Ordering was simple, expected price, REAL FREE DELIVERY. I received the confirmation on my email immediately, and just 40 min later notification of my order been dispatched!! I received my order next day before 12, very well packaged as it was glass. GREAT SERVICE, SUPER QUICK, THE PRODUCT WAS AS ADVERTISED.
