Great experience and great team.

From the moment I entered the store I was well treated by all the staff. Each step of my eye test review was clearly explained what it was for and what to expect, including the optometrist who did my eye test, he was extremely good, made me feel like I mattered.

Getting clear explanations throughout my eye examination which made me understand the kind of eye problem that I have and the best way to correct it.

I had a mixed experience at first, but it improved significantly. Initially, I had to look around on my own for about 15–20 minutes before any staff approached or offered assistance, which gave me the impression that I wasn’t being taken seriously.

However, things changed once I picked up a pair and started trying them on. When I asked a few questions, I received excellent service. Victoria and another staff member (who helped with my appointment and whose name I didn’t catch) were both very helpful, attentive, and made the rest of my experience much better.

Overall, while the initial wait for assistance could be improved, the service I received afterward was great and appreciated.
Also the guy who assisted during the pick up was very courteous and friendly.

I keep using Specsavers Online for my contacts because they are cheap. But they are SLOW! Why is takes 5 to 10 days just to dispatch an order is quite beyond me. Ordered three times - slow to dispatch every time.

And now they "reply" without even reading the review!

Great professional service and guidance regarding referral for cataract surgery and post op checkup.
My desire to keep wearing glasses and having progressive lenses for reading was addressed and I ended up with a stylish fashion item. Very happy outcome.

Genuinely the best service I have received in a long time. It was packed inside the store when I first entered and I thought i would be waiting forever, but EVERY SINGLE staff member was so calm and organised that the service ran smoothly and effortlessly. No corners were cut, I felt genuinely cared for, I was actually very pleasantly surprised on just how lovely my trip to Specsavers could be!!
