Excellent Service and Excellent Glasses
It is rare for me to leave comments or feedback at all, but I think that the service I received from all the staff at the Specsavers store in Putney deserves high praise.
I had my eyes tested for the first time a couple of weeks ago and the level of service I received from all the staff, from those advising me on the frames for glasses to the optometrists checking my eyes was exceptional!
Not only that, but having researched all my options for buying glasses online, I ended up buying my glasses online from Specsavers. Specsavers were not only the cheapest and had the best frames for me shape wise (the virtual glasses 'Try On' was brilliant), they arrived within just a few days. I think they look great!
I am impressed! Thank you.

Very bad experience
Very disappointed with some of the stuff and service but what is even worse, after waiting about 10 days for my new glasses, the frames where the wrong ones, so they sent them back. Then after waiting more then two weeks my specs arrived still with another wrong frame...

Amazing Customer Service in Lichfield
A lovely lady called Fran was very friendly and helpful. I was struggling to find some glasses and she was so kind in helping me find the right ones for me. She’s an asset to Specsavers!

Staff are all very helpful, friendly and explained everything well, from eye testing, digital retinal photography to choosing the frame.
