Don't trust Spinlife to own up to their own mistakes. I unfortunately purchased a wheelchair from Spinlife after much back and forth with Trenton, one of their "Specialists". For those who don't know, NuMotion and Spinlife are basically the same company. So my NuMotion ATP said, "tell the "Specialist" at Spinlife the serial number on your current chair and to base the measurements of the new chair off it." That's what I did, and Trenton gave me a quote. I ordered the chair. When the chair came, it didn't have the back on it, probably because it was not standard, but a ROHO back for extra support. The chair also had a flat tube because the rim didn't have any protective strip that is normally inside. So obviously, I wasn't able to get into the chair to see that they made it too small in width. I tried contacting Trenton for over a month about the wheel and the back posts that were wrong, and some minor things, not knowing that they made the chair too small. He stopped responding to my emails and didn't return phone calls, which I thought was weird, but he always seemed out of sorts and must be busy. (I found out later he either quit or was fired, and that's why there was no response). By the time I got an ATP to come out to help assemble the back onto the chair and get fitted, another month had gone by. We found out right away in my first transfer to the new chair with the new back on it that it was too small, and confirmed when he compared measurements to my old chair. Disappointed, I called Spinlife the next day, on the 7th, to let them know of their error on the quote and that the wheelchair did not fit. They said they informed a manager and that I would get a call back. There was no callback for two days, so I called again on the 10th, same response, "we will have a manager call you." No response again. I called on the 13th and was told that this time, other managers will be notified. I finally got a callback on the 14th that I missed, where a manager named Carla left her phone number and extension. I called back the next day to Carla's phone and no answer, so I left a message. I let 4 days go by, and no call back. I called today, the 19th, and got Carla on the line. After explaining the situation, she stated there was nothing that they could do for me. That 3 months was too long of a period to return the wheelchair, even though it wasn't shipped to me until the end of August. I told her I couldn't have known sooner because the first time I sat in the chair was on the 6th of this month. That their quote, based on the serial number of my old chair, was incorrect. She stated it was my fault for not making sure the measurements were correct. How? I don't have access to the database you look up serial numbers and individual chair details & measurements when they are built. I am also not capable of doing the measurements well myself because of my disability. I'm sharing this story with you so that you won't let Spinlife's mistakes affect you as deeply as they have affected my life. What do I do with a $6k wheelchair that doesn't fit? I will most likely donate it and make my current chair work as best I can for a while. It is extremely disappointing when a company that has made it its business to improve the lives of disabled customers acts so irresponsibly when in the wrong.

This company is beyond horrible look for another mobility company don’t use this one their customer service is bad and they have fees for getting a return label as well as restocking fees that exceed 200 dollars regardless of who’s fault for return.

What I like about SpinLife is the affordability and the quality of the products. Also, the fast shipment of purchase. Bought a wheelchair for my sister and in only 3 days, it was delivered. This is the 4th chair that I have bought thru SpinLife and will buy any new items needed in the future thru SpinLife.

I received the chair in January 2025 and 8 months later I had to get tech to come out. Now it's been 2 months without my chair. I feel like I'm in hell since I need chair to get around. Tech ordered parts about 4 weeks ago UT still hasn't received them. Spinlife is a terrible company and do not care about handicapped people. My chair after 8 months use needs two front suspension shocks new armrest and two new motors for wheels. They should have gave .e a replacement or a temp chair til repairs are done. What a crappy company.

Major problems with your website, could not get financing i wanted, after I did what was required never could get it to update. Finally set up order online using my credit card. Now cant see shipping info because as soon as I try, a chat during original order pops back up and obscures the page. Looking forward to getting new scooter but ordering process has been a nightmare.

Walker is light for transport and absolutely silent rolling across the floor. Shipping was fantastic. We love all 3 light weight pieces of adaptive equipment we have purchased from spin life. A walker, wheelchair and a scooter. 🥰

TRASH COMPANY!!! My wife was in the hospital for weeks and needed a medical bed for when she was to come home. we ordered a bed expecting it in 7-10 days, but it never showed up. we canceled the order and bought a bed locally. Spinlife is keeping 20% of $3500 for a bed we never saw or received. Their response when my wife keeps calling is that's our policy. Way to take advantage of handicapped people spinlife. We will definitely keep warning people not to do business with you.
