I ordered on line. so far so good. If I get another chance to review after I receive the scooter I will.
The scooter delivery has been delayed. twice. The website said that the scooter normally ships the same day of order. received in about a week. Very misleading. the scooter is not to ship now until September 19. The need for the scooter is urgent. however I see no urgency in getting the fully paid for Scooter to us.
Update. Scooter arrived on time after the shipping issue was resolved.
the scooter is great, was easy to put together. it is easy to maneuver.
Customer service did there job well.

Terrible! They made me pay $400+ for a new battery, which does not work AND to get it working, I have to schedule an appointment which will cost me an additional $247.

I have been in communication with this company for the past three weeks. Regarding the warranty on my pride scooter. I have completed all the requirements they asked of me. Primarily spent $140 on a technical check of the problem with my scooter. I am in need of a new motor. And at this point the company Will not return my calls Will not respond to my emails. I have sent them the information from the certified technician I have sent them the serial number and the code for this item today is August 12 and still no response.
PS the day after I posted this review I got a positive response from spin life. So I hope there will be a good out come

Service Tech has yet to get back to me about warranty work/replacement of my not yet 5 month old GT Buzzaround EX. In lieu of that I again ordered a new mobility scooter but Sales customer service rep did not return calls/chat/etc contacts re product questions. After 4 scooter purchases in 4 years I may need to change supplier. I want to be loyal…..but….

White glove service showed up 4 hours early with no warning. I paid extra for a different color seat and frame which they got wrong. Was offered no refund for what I paid extra but was assured they would atleast send the correct color seat cover. They sent to the wrong address and now won't respond to me. So they basically stole $50 for the seat and frame upgrade.

This company talks a good game however they do not stand behind their products. I have bought wheelchairs from them my sister bought wheelchair my husband just bought a wheelchair I called them with a complaint about the new wheelchair that I had just received 8 months previous. There was a problem with the joystick immediately however I thought okay this is not like my other chair maybe it's me but it was not me the joystick is too loose it has too much play I am constantly smashing into things. My husband just bought a wheelchair which arrived yesterday from spin life and his joy stick is perfect there is no excess play and heave in mentioned how bad mine was so I called the company. Big mistake oops it's been 8 months they said we're not going to help you unless you pay this huge service charge and then we might not even help you pay for anything.
I know I am nothing special and I know I should have called immediately but I was unsure I am elderly sadly and disabled arms and legs and I really wanted this new chair to work. I will say I love the chair but from the time I got it it felt like nothing was tightened that it was extremely loose and the joystick was faulty and had way too much play which causes it to be dangerous. For me it seems like they should take care of this it's not that big of a deal but for someone senior citizen I'm a limited income the hundreds of dollars they want me to pay now yes I just I just can't understand it. So this from someone has used spin life for everything all my wheelchairs 3 wheelchairs my sister's power recliner and now my sister was going to order from them to nothing she will no longer be ordering from them and I will never order from them again this makes me very sad thank you for listening.
