Sent a faulty product⊠fine, it happens, they don't manufacture the figures, so I don't hold that against them but what happened next has been an absolute mess.
Emailed them with full details and asked for a returnâŠ
No response
Chased them 2 weeks later,
Received a response a week later advising that they would send a return label the next day..
Weâre now 3 weeks later and no return label has been sent, so all in all 6 weeks in and Im still at a loose end
Iâm now having to mess around looking at raising a chargeback against the payment because Im getting nowhere
I see the positive reviews in here, so it looks like the company is all good when orders go well but god help you if there is even the slightest hiccup and you need support because their customer service is shambolic
