My Figma Okarun arrived quickly and was well packaged

What made my experience great was the fact that the item had came sooner than expected and was In perfect condition,
They also responded to all of my emails and made the purchase really easy.

This online shop is great for getting collectibles from japan. the preorders take a long time to come, but that is the industry system and shipping business not the shops fault. Never had a problem with them, so recommended!

Outstanding! This was my first order and I have to say that the service is excellent. It's so difficult to find a trustworthy seller in the UK to purchase Japanese toys and collectibles. Easy to navigate website and my order was at my door (packaged perfectly) in just two days. Look forward to ordering again soon. Very highly recommended.

Zero update on a pre order since June '23 (figure was due out Jan' 23) it's now Feb '24 and nothing. No refund, no update if this figure is ever coming. Son paid in full over a year and half ago and he has zero to show for it. Disgusting service.

Ordered during busy times over late Christmas arrived really quick amazing customer service and awesome shop

Prices are pretty good, usually around the average for UK retailers often going cheaper due to cheap shipping. Delivery of said items once dispatched is quick too.

The main issues arise from inability to split preorders and, for me at least, deposit preorders not being worthwhile since I've had multiple times where I wasn't emailed the invoice once the figure was available and had to keep an eye on the store availability for the items to ensure my order wasn't cancelled again.

I've made attempts to bring up this issue wanting to change my details to determine of that's the issue but whenever I bring it up they just send an invoice for the order rather than confront the issue. Customer service in general feels slow at times unless it pertains directly to paying an invoice or a cancellation.

Really poor customer service. Emails ignored when I asked for a replacement after receiving a broken item.
I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Pre-ordered 3 Figures. All S.H. Figuarts. All were expected to be in stock sometime in July. 2nd of August rolls around and hadn't heard anything yet so I messaged them. Within 20 minutes I got a response, proceeded to ask a few more questions, proceeded to get instant answers. All 3 figures were due in that week and all 3 were shipped fast and well packaged. Great service, will definitely be shopping with them again.

Managed to get an item I was searching a while for at a great price and delivered quickly. Thanks Curibo.

I have bought from their company 3 times now and first two times it was good but this third time around the figure broke on arrival and now they are saying they need it in person to inspect and are being difficult
This is now later in the day they have now said they will not cover postage back because I posted this review

i ordered 3 items it took 6 weeks for 2 items to arrive after multiple ignored messages they finally answered 3 weeks later and sent the 2 items which i received in a few days and then i was told i would be refunded by there website and have never received my money 4 weeks later. their stuffs cool but bad communication lets them down if the owner see's this please get in contact about the refund

Decent company,dealt with them a few times and never had any issues. They are a little slow to dispatch items,but once they do,the wait time is quick. Also offer some good deals on mcfarlane dc mumtiverse figures.
